The lecithin is to make the THC more bioavailable. I use it for that reason but it works for me without it. Also, do not use if you have any heart issues.

I was curious about the grapeseed oil. But thanks for the info on the lecithin. I'll have to check that out.

My thoughts are on flavor. Grape seed oil has no flavor like olive oil and others. I cook with it , and like how it doesn't impart a oily taste to foods. It just happened to be one of the oils listed in the recipe I'd seen.

Ahh ok, this was unflavored as well.

I also use a Cherry Wine hemp plant, 12-18% CBD, 0.3% THC.

I plan on using CBD as well.

Si. 00 size. Keep the temp around 250F, I use a Crock Pot and cook the oil for 3 hours after extraction and it becomes sleep medicine. One cap and I'm snoring quick. If I'm in a lot of pain I'll take 2 and really sleep.

For normal "get me high" caps I just do the standard 3 hour extract.

This is something we all can easily do and experiment with cook times to produce the desired effects.

A couple thoughts on CBD, to decarb CBD takes 90 minutes at 250F where as THC is 30 minutes. Also, THCA and CBDA have some positive attributes and I've been adding both, maybe 20-30% by weight with the decarbed flower. I'm still (always?) experimenting

My son takes a tiny amount of CBDA Isolate once a day and it helps calm his anxiety.

This stuff is very underrated with most of us stoners. I've been adding it to my THC caps. Currently I've got 30 some plants. I'm concentrating on the hemp and plan on making as much coconut oil extract as possible this winter. We all should be growing and consuming this plant

As you know I'm attempting to reverse several strains and added the Cherry Wine hemp on 11-10. If I am able to make a bunch of seeds I'll have to get you some.

I sometimes smoke this just for the flavor and like to add it to J's of reg strains. They named this one well

I planted her so, so late and she is just about ready. Rain came in last week so been inside all weekend but had a look at the trichs and think it's just about go time. Was planning on putting her outside in the supposed sun tomorrow for one last bask and chopping late afternoon or following morning.

This is a mystery seed that I was kindly given with a few and told they were mostly Northern Lights but could be a few Blueberry in there. Ive been back and forth which it might be during the grow but I'm now currently leaning towards Blueberry and the purple expression you can see which has obviously been accentuated by the cooler growing conditions.

Anyway, I'm excited to get her harvested, dried and cured. Beautiful plant.
