I would hang back a little to see how they fare. I usually top them off prior to LST. Question. Are they in their forever homes? If you were going to transplant I would wait to do the LST. Once in their forever homes then wait about a week then start the LST.

Added my carbon filter, installed heater with built in thermostat so I can maintain a temp of 25degrees, took my dragon light (blurple) out as its simply not needed with the two full spectrums that are in there. Their hitting take off phase nicely , showing no deficiency in any way and root expansion is great with water uptake increasing steadily! These girls are happy and so am I for my first grow. Dialed in well with dechlorinated, ph 6.2 water. Soil is now canna terra professional that's got feed for 10days or so pluss a healthy dose of perlite. Decided to take a different approach to coco and soil mix as i feel it overly complicated things unnecessarily and i see great results from my current medium from other growers! Using cal mag every other water untill my soil nutes run out tuen im going to use canna terra veg feed ¼ measure probably but ill let the plant tell me they need it before I go in with the additional nutrients. I have used the canna products for a long time for doing my coco runs. I would suggest in buying some silica to go with it. Also check the EC and ppms of the run off. Follow the charts provided through canna to start off. Aswell keep up on the ph from the run off so you can adjust the ph level of the water you are using to feed with. If you follow the charts you should have a decent yield coming to you.They are going nuts now

Great advice man, thanks! Out of interest how should I alter my ph in relation to the run off? For instance if run off is too high presumably I need to lower my watering aqua to counter this no?
You dont have to Ph your water when using canna terra. The soil is buffered. It is always wise to check runoff Ph just in case it spikes but in general there's nothing to worry. Ph spikes happen when the soil compacts from regular watering over months, leaving no room for oxygen. By the time you see that happen you will have had 100 clues that you had to intervene.
. Still using veg nutes and cal mag and will make the transition in a couple of weeks once they have fully begun flowering. Exciting times people!

Jeez, i havnt gone down the silica route this run. With it being my first I don't want to over complicate things but im assuming you could hust re adjust the ph once you include silica no?
You have to. It has too high of a ph. But when you lower it its now less available.... unless you buy the expensive

I use it but i am hydro.probably soil handles it a lot better.
Been using it for close to a year now without issues, just way more resilient plants. At least in soil and the first weeks in coco before turning on the autopot. I've read most dont use it in auto systems and hydro cause it can clog pipes and as such i stopped using it the moment the system turned on.
