Yea they r stalky little things. Next time will be a waiting game. As soon as the rest of my parts come in for more drippers and the fittings. Im gonna setup my other 2x4 tent for drip irrigation alsoTypically wait until bud sites have been developed and the plant has stretched her arms out nicely, then I will strip her down.
Hopefully doesnt have any affect towards the actual stretch......may be some short stalky plants!?![]()
Hey arny, did you use this method?Put a 1/4" 90 in the hose above the high water level in reservoir pointed down. This will shoot a small jet of water when the pump is on, and suck air when pump shuts off, breaking the siphon. Keep in mind, water already in hose will still drain in both directions from the apex and must be accounted for when determining pump times. Hope it helps...
edit: The red arrow and horizontal line denotes how far it will siphon down to without an air break or anti-siphon valve that costs $40 and relies on springs and diaphragms![]()
