it seems like they want to shut down home growers like me how will we get new genetics if you can't get seeds from other states or countries I wonder if we will still be able to ship clones

I have said for years that as soon as home grown cuts into the tax receipts from cannabis it would be killed.
Hate being right all the time.

Anyways $500 bucks and I can get more seeds than I will ever use. Concentrating on 10 strains and 2 of them being regular seeds would give me enough home grown strains to last me the rest of my life.

Not selling it would keep me off the radar.
Raiding my house to stop me from the meds I depend on for daily living would be a mistake.
At this point, I have become one of the men who want to be left alone anyways......

They will soar until the law remains and then we will see an epic shit dump from seed suppliers to dump everything and get what they can before the end.
It will be the wild west with every bag seed and midi strain getting sold off. Genetic lines will be so damaged from miss labeling that names of cannabis will be a joke.

What's sad about it as @JIMKSI64 said, a lot of us in those retirement years aren't using it just to be a pothead. We do have a reason. BTW brother my Feminized Auto Maverick CBD seeds came in so my next reversal plan is those. Those will not be part of the ban

And if you develop a new variety yourself, is it registered?I don't quite understand the law. I'm convinced that hemp is only obtained from a single plant. However, I just want to verify this. There is an F4 limit for technical hemp, after which it is considered unsuitable. It may lose its desired qualities. I'm confident that this happens with any herb.

I agree I have ordered about $300 worth of seeds in the last week I also got a tiny mini refrigerator to store them in
