Looks like some notches on those single fans, you might have a bug snacking on em. Maybe a thrip or two?

Yeah we have some small gnats... I don't know if they are the culprit though, they're tiny. How do I get rid of thrips?

Neem oil with potassic soap 5ml each per liter of water help a ton to create a protecting coat during veg. When flower gets close is best not to use neem oil. Im sure if youre from the US someone will recoommend you something better but leaving it here just in case, Im not from there, we have different products here.
EDIT: Also I never used neem oil with such a small plant, might burn it. Sticky traps are of help but not only by themselves, still many people use them alongside a pesticide, organic preferably.

Thank you for the recs, I am US based but I will look into it. If anything I'd use in like 2 weeks when I'm much further along into veg. I do have some sticky traps too they are working wonders but not quite enough it seems.

What soil are you using? It will depend mostly on that.
MiracleGro Moisture Control, I checked the package and it has Nitrogen, Potassium, and Phosphate. It says its good for "6 months" not sure how much nutrients cannabis uses so may need to reup at some point but I think for the time being should be ok, thoughts?

Thats a rather hot soil, better for transplants probably than starting from seed but since we dont know how long it will last for weed just wait until the lower leaves start to yellow, that means its taking nutrients from them, its okay if the first true leaves yellow, youre not gonna need them and by the time it happens the plant will be way bigger.

As for the nutrients it depends, do you wanna go organic or synthetic? Advanced nutrients tripart is a good start, or if you wanna go organic then Iguana Juice. Its a bit more pricy than other organics but it has calmag and many other things that others dont so you dont have to buy any supplements really.

Gotcha, thank you for the tips. You've been a huge help!

Perhaps another recommendation is to get a soil that is better suited for weed, from a brand that does it for weed even if they say its "for anything". I say it mostly because that substrate focuses on keeping the moisture and for weed growing in peat soil thats not good. You will notice that weed brands come with a lot more perlite to areate the substrate. A solid brand is biobizz, contains 30% perlite, more than others. (Perlite are small white pebbles)

Probably organic, but depends on the cost.

Also Advanced Nutrients has the advantage that it lowers the PH of your water so you dont have to. PHing water is important unless youre growing in a big pot and youre not.
Good to know, I haven't looked into Ph'ing my water just yet
