I do some genetic trades with a few people, if you are close to WA, I am always open to expanding the circle, and setting someone up with some of the hidden genetics I have.

I water with cold water daily, straight from tap, though VOC water filter into 5 gallon jugs that sit on my basement floor, but I have the best luck with overall cold night time temps to bring out colors

I have always did lower temps at night, but if I could run a lower root temperature to help increase triggers, then it worth a bit of experimenting with. I would prefer just to use cold tap instead of what I was reading how they were using ice water. They stated if you keep the soil temperature 10-15° f cooler then the ambient temperature of the grow room during the light period, it will trigger the color without having to drop room temp as much at night.

With my experimenting, I see how much I can stress certain females through different processes, to check stability of the female genetics, as well how much it can take. If you put it through the ringer, and it doesn't herm, and it always bounces right back, it's worth using to breed with as well as use for feminized seeds.

Hell yeah worth a shot! A lot of people just do ice water or even just leave ice cubes on top of their soil to slowly melt ice cold water, I’ve seen someone constantly put ice cubes into their reservoir, would be worth a shot, 54 like you said seems like it’d be spot on, right at fall temps but I’d rock normal temps up till week 5x then trigger the cold environment I bet that’s have the most drastic effects especially in strains with a lot of anthocyanin in its genetics without effecting yield

I will try out cold watering on my fruity pebbles when I get to that point with that one, it be interesting to see if I could trigger it with the pH ranges that different colors are produced at. 5.6-5.9 ph triggers reds, 6.0-6.4 triggers purple and blues, 6.5-7+ ph triggers bright green and bright yellows. And if I tie that into the water temp, I think I could get all the colors out of the FB.

Decided to flip that 4x8 and just see how they look not gunna mess with em I do t think besides some hangers if needed, pushed up the power another 50w each and changed the timers let the show begin that’ll make 3 of flower

And the tomatoes came out bigger than basketballs. I think it was like a 300% increase on size avg. So I wonder how it would effect cannabis

Here is a more updated one. It's referring to all plants, decreased pressure and decreased oxygen, and increased CO2 will increase rapid growth rate substantially. It's a long video and uses a lot of NASA tests and experiments. But if you get high enough it becomes interesting . There is so many tests done under barometric pressure conditions, I know if you stick a bud in a vacuum jar it increases size until pressure is released. But if you were to grow it under the conditions of lets say negative pressure of 10kpa from ambient pressure, and were able to allow it to grow out till harvest. Yes some size would be lost once pressure it increased to regular ambient temperature, but you will still have a larger biomass, IE a bigger yield.

What I'm really saying is if you were able to grow in a negative pressure enough pressure in a sealed setup, from start to finish, I believe it will be able to break the common 2g/w, by controlling ever aspect, like oxygen level and CO2 level. And a high negative pressure. Idk it's something that if I had the $$ I would build out and try.

Here is a bud from the nerd creamer v2 she is in week 6 has 2.5 -3 weeks left. Slowly started decreasing temps, and she is starting to bulk. But she is frosty. She will start getting all of her colors from here to the end. The tips of the buds when they develop turn red/purple and pink. And leaves will turn purple and blue hopefully like the last batch. It was showing her colors smaller.
