I think that might be a calyx and is good but wait for others to reply. Usually you can pick them off if they are sacs.

Thats not always the case. Only if your plant has been pollinated. Its normal to have seed bracts like that, without being pollinated and they are empty/hollow inside of them.
Pinch them off, see if they are hollow or have seeds starting to grow

Well there you have it! Just a hollow seed bract, which is not that uncommon. No seeds means.......no pollen in your rooms!!

Since it is an auto here is how weird it can get.
I took until mid flower until it had enough growth to say that my apple fritter Auto genetics were very biased towards the Ruderelis portion of the genetic tree.
Enjoy the freak.
