Speeding, red light, or any moving violation I pay my attorney $200-$300 and it never sticks. The last 10 I beat!! The worse I got with passenger not wearing seat belt, but my ticket was 80+ in the carpool rolling slow. He wrote it up at *)+ w/o carpool violation. To me this is worth my $$

I definitely find a lawyer very handy in dealing with my driving problem. i've used a lawyer for the past several years to keep my license ligit. i travel for work, and driving across 200 miles of corn goes by better at 90 than 65. believe me i have cut back my speed tremendously, i think it is age related, maybe when it is time to retire i will be down to the speed limit.

When they clocked me in a school zone at 10mph over, I got an ebook for a few bucks telloing me how to handle it. I printed out some case law pages, turned down the DA's plea deal and presented my case. Was actually fun and they dropped it within 3 minutes...

You may not be an asshole, but if you've been stopped 10 times, you at least drive like one. I'm over 50yrs old and haven't been stopped that many times in my whole life. Spend a few days in a busy trauma unit, I guarantee you'll slow down.

I have spent plenty of time in the trauma unit. I sold my bikes after that one, but still I have too speed. I don't care what you'll say the 'fast lane is called a fast lane' for a reason! If someone wants to go faster then you get the fuck out of the way... Maybe you'll give me a better state where people actually don't brake on the freeway when there's absolutely nothing in front of them, but here people drive like old ladys!! So I guess my life is going to be filled with tickets!! I bet I have had 30+ now.

Why I use a lawyer every time is because excuses don't work in court. You still broke the law so maybe the Judge might cut you some slack, but you probably won't beat it. With an lawyer they know everything about the law and the courts have to cross all there T's and dot their I's or it gets dismissed and also the officers has to do the same or else it gets thrown out. Most people don't hire a attorney so the police and courts don't follow the law so I win. I never have to ever go to court. All I do is call my lawyer and give him my credit card number and the ticket number and it's done! Bam...

Yeah what a bunch of dicks! I didn't post a thread asking for rude comments about my driving. You don't know how the fuck I drive so shut your face!! I was just giving out some advice from people that needed. I love how most of you judge me on nothing beside getting speeding tickets so that automatically makes me a bad driver? I could see your point if I was saying "hey this is how you hit and run people and get away with it, here's out to cheap your insurance company when you are at fault for an accident" I haven't been in a accident that was my fault since..well don't really remember it's been a good 8 years. There's a safe way to speed it not just recklessness pull your head out of your ass. Why do some states have 55mph freeways and other have 70mph freeways? So it's okay from state to state to do 15mph according to that state? Whatever I hope I helped someone out and also learned about a bunch of little bitches people can be.
