Well it looks like it could be finished.....but not really at the same time. Not too familiar with mini auto plants. Have only grown a handfull

Do you think I should give it couple more weeks cause it's 9 weeks old it's og kush auto flower calls for 12 weeks don't no it's my first one next I've got F1 hybrid milky way it's supposed to flower in 72 days

Well those are general guidelines, the quickest times according to the breeder. Usually plants need another 1-2 weeks to properly finish
