Yea good mate and yourself? Been quiet here...first time we've had under 8 students living at mine (5ppl ATM) so it's a godsend for once. Just a slow start on my end and a 6 week break has me with a pretty benign bunch so far.

Waiting for it to all kick off.

Cheers. Just goes to show how they can flourish in the most insane environment sometimes. Checked some parameters the other day (first time in years lol) Did the runoff the other day and it was pH 3.2 and EC 9 lol. This few bags of medium were caked full of salts in comparison to the last few.

Though it was wrong so I did a slurry in distilled water and it dropped fast. So I'll just stop checking anything and wing it cause they look happy enough and pretend I didn't see an EC of 9 come out the bottom of the pot lol. Especially wild as I've just been feeding half half RO and Tap water. Nothing added.

With that pH and EC id say they are just living of the macro fixing bacteria in the medium at this stage.

Second round thats been hit with WPM and I was upset.....all the plants into Husky garbage bags, took down all my equipment, sprayed down the room twice!!! New HID light installed and all new plants. Game On

A bagged mix from down the road.

Seems to be hit and miss with the amount of slow release by batch. Tbh it doesn't really need the prills anyway.

Have done a few runs water only with pretty good results, but this has me a bit iffy now as this bag is a bit off haha. Wishing I never checked. Ignorance is bliss lol.

The pH got me as the input has generally been pH 7.0-8.0 and hard...should be a ton of carbonate so she's radioactive this run.
