Whatever you have accessible around the house, pipe cleaners from the kids crafts like @BearWater or some string (dont tie onto to plant too tight) garden wire, any other wire, an old coat hanger, maybe some zip ties....wait for the wife to go to bed.....steal her shoe strings 🤣

Pretty sure @Florida_Mike has bent his fair share of big ass buds to keep from being burnt!!! LOL
 
You can up the time on the light, these are autos if I recall, they don't need a 12/12. The added time will give more photosynthesis time without necessarily having to up the wattage.

I have mind at 75%, 20hrs. It's a 250W light and it's about 18" above the canopy. Other do differently but this is what is working with the auto strains I have this time.
 
Looks like that main cola straightened itself out already!! If you tie it down a little tight today, then you could increase the light by 10% every few days. You just dont want to stress and harm the tops of your plants

at what point do i stop increasing? im still figuring out when this plant will be done cause my original guess was jan 17th
