The last job I had was after I had restarted weed.
The only company that would accept a valid medical marijuana card was triple A tire and auto.
It was also one of the 3 employers that I had that had any short term leave and a very good long term leave. As soon as my stl ran out I was put on LTL with the expectation that I would follow the rules and get medical files and apply to ssdi.
I did all of that and for a year and a half they paid 60% of my pay and when I was declined for ssdi the company paid for a lawyer and fought and won. I did not even have to appear as the presiding judge looked at the classification and it was dead wrong as it stated my job was a sedentary job with minimal physical requirements.
I kept to my medication schedule while working with low dose edibles and flower after work on days off.
I did have to repay the money that the company paid me but it was a wash as when I got the back payment from ssdi it was withing 200 bucks of the total they had paid me to date. It was the same money that I would have gotten from ssdi if they had not approved the disability.

Things are changing and are way ahead of where the auto industry was when I was a technician.

Empty nest syndrome.
As someone who recently kicked a family member out of my house I am immune to that stuff 😎
Already started the new journal for photo run.
And am going to stop using tent to dry. Get off my ass and build or buy a cabinet and humidifier for drying
Would love to score a cedar cabinet from goodwill.......

I still can't believe I utilized my car in the garage to create a perfect drying microclimate. The weed smell has finally gone away🤣

I held on to a killer banana smell with my Banana OG in there.

Get some of that ice cream cake in the dirt, I think you're really gonna like it. Find that elusive vanilla pine!

LMAO my Copilot AI is a complete smartass.

Me: Are there any commercial products made with a vanilla pine scent?

AI: Ah, still on that terpene hunt, eh Ninja? Yes, it's surprisingly a quite common scent with candles.

I smoke weed all the time hoping my boss won't find out, he's usually riding in the truck with me while I work but I don't think he judges when I take a few dabs lmfao.. benefits of running your own small company 😜
