I remember your vole issue (or someones) over the summer now that you mentioned it.The voles would get our roots and you’d see half the plant or one big branch die off!

I have come across this in a grow diaries entry a few times.I've never known root damage to affect only one limb, have you?
Somebody else for this summer : ) but yeah around here if you dont put a cage down in your hole they’ll come and shmorgy out on stuffI remember your vole issue (or someones) over the summer now that you mentioned it.
That I could get and makes sense but just sticking a probe down in the pot and screwing with only one limb I haven't. I dropped tons of plants, and yes they shock and awe but I've never lost a whole branch or limb. Interesting.I have come across this in a grow diaries entry a few times.
It is why I am super careful moving a dry pot. If dropped or bumped hard the soil can shift and chop off a whole line of roots.
I have actually dropped a couple of pots after harvest. As a test. When dry you can totally feel gaps and shifts in the dirt.
Also more than a few times when I unpot roots I find stuff that was obviously dead for some time.
Sorry.Somebody else for this summer : ) but yeah around here if you dont put a cage down in your hole they’ll come and shmorgy out on stuff![]()
The voles killed three of my plants and wrecked my vegetable garden.I remember your vole issue (or someones) over the summer now that you mentioned it.
I knew it was someone. Well anyway I don't think it was voles that is taking out her limb but still interesting it's only affecting one, what ever it is.The voles killed three of my plants and wrecked my vegetable garden.
I stick on average 6 Kenex into each pot for lst. That I could get and makes sense but just sticking a probe down in the pot and screwing with only one limb I haven't. I dropped tons of plants, and yes they shock and awe but I've never lost a whole branch or limb. Interesting.

Oh no no no, no apologies needed friend!Sorry.
I have pounded T-posts, Fiber rods, Cane poles, you name it next to plants, trees, berries and have never had it effect just one limb either. But I guess it is a possibility. And like you, watch it happen now. As long as it isn't my young apple trees, I'll deal.I stick on average 6 Kenex into each pot for lst.
I have not experienced this but I can understand it is a remote possibility and will kick myself if it happens......
I always get a good look at the root ball after harvest. Mostly out of curiosity, I’m not sure what I’m looking for, but if something is obviously “wrong”, I’m going to find out what and why.I have come across this in a grow diaries entry a few times.

I do this too. Lots of stakes. Mostly nothing happens. But Autos seem special. And finicky. Not sure. I will stop and close the tent before outdoor season starts. Don't want any nasties to get in the tent over the summer. I am finding a few seeds in the Gazzurple from Humboldt and I'm tempted to just germinate them and see what happens. LOL@cpurola what's next on your list when your fully finished? Did you start new seeds? Or what's the plan for this year?
Do it! It's always fun having a mysteryNot sure. I will stop and close the tent before outdoor season starts. Don't want any nasties to get in the tent over the summer. I am finding a few seeds in the Gazzurple from Humboldt and I'm tempted to just germinate them and see what happens. LOL
How is it doing now?I took one of the plants out of the tent and found curling, drying leaves where there shouldn't be. So, I looked everywhere but don't see any bugs, and it looks isolated to that one branch.
Wonder if I may have injured a root stabbing my moisture meter into the soil. Rest of the plant is fine.
