I'm glad you stuck with it!

And more today. On different branches too. This is a really good first for me since it opens the door on keeping seeds no matter what happens politically.

It wasn’t a matter on “if” it could be done. I’ve seen it done by many but whether could “I” accomplish it.

I’ll be able to answer that completely here in a few weeks. But step #2 complete. I got big balls.

No updates other than it's been a High life kinda of day so...to believe in this livin is just a hard way to go. RIP John!

Update. Added pollen catchers a few days back and clean up leaves this morning.

Suggestions wanted on humidity during pollination. I’ve been battling low humidity with all the dry cold fronts coming but it’s taking its toll so I’m gonna break down and add a vaporizer. Thoughts on whether the water vapor will degrade pollen and would it be better to put the vaporizer outside the grow room or in with the plants. I’d like to see at least 40%rh not 15.

I only do low input so this isn’t a controlled device other than me walking my happy ass down to the shop and turning it on and off so keep that in mind. I do have a remote sensor

so I can monitor it from in the house.

They aren’t pretty but the goal is seeds and pollen not award winning plant pics.

Any kind of mist or water will neutralize the pollen. No bueno. Keep it away. You have open flowers already. 💚

If the air is that dry you could keep them close but pointed away. You don't want the plant to close it's stomata if the vpd gets out of control.
Thx. I'll put it in the shop but about 15 ft or so from the grow closet. And see what that does and also stop being so anal about over watering. I normally wait for a 2 knuckle dry zone but I'll half it.
