Just started my third grow I had good luck with all my seeds sprouting but 2 that I did in a starter tray have been above soil maybe a day or two and still have the seed shell attached what should I do to address this ASAP so the plant can still flourish

i sometimes mist the shell with water then gently remove the shell.
don't pull on it if it's stuck, just mist it a few times and it should come off
Yeah I was gonna try that when I got back I upped the humidity in the tent before I went back into work to help it out
 
For the stubborn ones it's best to close a small pair of tweezers, stick the tip between the two halfs of the shell and let the tweezers slowly open to separate the shell rather than just pulling on it. But usually they come off themselves in a day or two.
