More than one way to skin a cat, if you’re into cat skinning. In other words terpenes are a byproduct of many different things including microbes in your growing medium. An individual growing indoors in a living soil with a healthy covercrop can be off the charts as far as terpenes are concerned. The more variety of microbes in the soil, the more chance of variation in terpenes expression. Here’s an interesting podcast that touches on the subject.

I'd love to have access to high altitude and rich soil somewhere I can afford. I also have a desire to not someday being found hung from a bridge because I pissed off the wrong el patron. So I got myself a little chunk of American Suburbia where I could protect my family and some patio space I could use for growing. I leave them in pots. The disasters we see here are weather related. I can bring my plants in somewhere safe if and when I need. There's tradeoffs. We prioritize what's important to us. And we make it work. Anywhere in the world where we have a closet we can stuff a plant into or a window we can put it in front of, or out in the yard or on the farm up the mountain, WE GROW.

I remember my first ban on a forum was because I made fun of an admin that considered himself best grower but his magic hard to get AK-47 seeds crapped out and he had worst grow in his life. He kept deleting any post that had any bad comment.i made comments about it and ... Lifetime ban
