Silver story is like this.
Metal commodities have circuit breakers that would flip a switch to the closed position if metal prices exceed 5% change in an hour.
On Friday several big companies selling silver but with very little action. Because the volume was so low and the sellers conspired to slow the roll as to not trigger the brakes.
This went on and the price of silver dropped from 112 to 78.
At 78 a company cleared a bunch of short positions and somehow got comex to issue sell and delivery of 12.5 million ounces of silver from inventory.
With a stroke JPM cleared short positions on 633 contracts that if they were cleared at 112 would have ruined the bank.
Back a while we had something called a Leman moment.
It was a credit lockup because they had separated the ownership of mortgages through the use of Mortgage backed securities.
These securities were valueless. There was no house backing it up and in some cases the securities had been sold to multiple people.

So now we have the silver moment.
Paper silver is a way to " own " silver but not have personal control over the metal. It has been polluted and corrupted just like Mortgage Backed Securities and each paper ounce is owned by over 350 people.
Not only that but when PM silver markets were made up in the 1880's industrial use of silver was very limited. Now 3/4 of the silver mined goes into industry and will never be available to clear the ownership issue of paper silver.
It is going to zero.
These securities are everywhere. They are small line items in a 401k and IRA accounts but they are everywhere.

This is totally the reason we can not have nice things for very long.

Tbh I popped these jet fuel mandarin autos hoping for a fast turnaround and the last few autos generally have been pretty rapid. Quoted 9 week from seed to harvest so figured id expect 10-11 weeks as usual. But something about these look like they'll run out a while.

I'm 60 days in and they look like they've got 4-5 weeks left. This Satty heavy pheno looking like it could go quite a while. Has a real sharp pine/pineapple and citrus rind smell and only just started to show trichomes around 5 weeks into flower.

Hybrid pheno has a real dank lemon/citrus cleaner smell. Developing faster despite taking an extra week to show sex.

One of those situations where I would have used at least a 4 gallon pot instead of 2 if I'd have expected a 13 week plus cycle. For comparison here's the last three autos at the same timeframe (around 60 days from germination).

Gnants life cycle is about 10 days.
I have had good luck with nemetodes but not recommended on young plants. Having to keep the top wet for a week stresses the plants.
I started treating every pot before launching beans. Gnants have killed 6 plants in 3 grows and stunned a few more.
