Spent some time in Menard's garden center yesterday. Cold, miserable, empty, but in a couple more months....

Holy shit this dude was brilliant, one of the best comedians ever, but also one of smartest people with a platform of his time, and his wisdom is ageless. I must’ve been born a cynic because ever since I first heard George Carlin as a young teenager, I understood him.

Before I went up the hill this morning I made us some jam

Strawberry with Monk Fruit 3.1 carbs per ounce and Blackberry with real sugar for me. It hasn't even set or been chilled yet but we didn't care. I'm working on growing our own Black and Blueberries this year to add with our strawberries. Good stuff and now I want a nap

Hey @PlumberSoCal2 have you ever heard about Chokeberry’s? This seems like a great medicine to grow at your house. A three year old established bush can produce tons of usable fruit in one year.

I just got my summer seeds for outdoor i used this fella for seeds many times. I'm so excited for the GG#4 one of my all time top 5 strains. I'm gonna start these indoors and take clones from the GG#4 use those clones for outdoor. The banana daddy auto will stay indoors till it's warm enough like late June then go outside. The rogue one is a reg. seed so Aug. outdoor it should show sex. I'll plant 2 seeds of that strain. But i'm gonna flower the GG#4 indoors along with one of those rogue one seeds. Probley run another RS-11 x Okie again outdoors it did very well last season.
Man we've had some great days here in So. Oregon in the 60's but it will change. We've had freezing and snow late Feb. into mid March. cheers & beers ya'll

I'm so envious of the GG#4, I looked it up but it needs a longer flowering than I'm comfortable with. Nice that your weather is so warm, hope it continues.

I have had zero luck with my blueberries. 4 plants two died.

Probably one of the funniest moments I had listening to George Carlin was when he said pay attention because I'm about to say something you've never, ever heard someone say, and then he said something like hey, watch me shove this red hot poker up my ass, and he was right... Still around 6% alcohol and still works, maybe a bit too well Going to try 50/50 tomorrow. I don't want too sweet nor too dry but a 4%Ish ABV might work better. Numb but still able to get shit done

I hate rats, last winter they were eating my buds! So I built a screen enclosure and they just chewed right through it to get to the plants. They're always eating our oranges in the tree too the little bastards. This might look silly, but it works. Back in the Fall they were going after my tomatoes but the foil trick didn't work, the tomatoes rotted. They were wrapped when we got hit with rain. As for the screenhouse, some 1/4 inch mesh along the bottom made sure they never came back.
