I haven't made it back to my old method of growing yet, which packed 33 plants into a 3x9' footprint, growing in 6x36 rockwool slabs underneath 4-1000w hps. I ran 3 of those 'pods', which averaged 10 lbs ea every 80 days. The plants were loosely bundled, so they had a two foot diameter 'tube' they grew in, right to the lights, which were mounted tight to the ceiling. The general goal was 1/3 lb per plant. That was like 23yrs ago
The downside was that it was a cash crop; growing only one (high yield & high potency) strain for a guaranteed payday. It was highly illegal then and every consideration went towards maximizing output vs. experimenting with different strains, grow methods etc. Back then it sold for 4k/lb wholesale and you couldn't grow it fast enough. Was no problem buying other peoples top shelf weed for smoking variety.
Fast forward to a year ago when I started back up (spent a year prior to that buying a little bit of gear at a time). 1st batch was in uni-slabs in an ebb & flow tub like yours, with recirculating drip. At the same time, I flowered a big mother plant in my 4x4 tent, for about 2lbs. The 4x8 tent grew up past the lights, with buds as big as my arm (hash plant and nl. Unfortunately I couldn't get nighttime rh under control and started getting bud rot, so I chopped a cpl weeks early.
I can only grow in winter months. 1st grow this season was seeds started in red solos in coco, for a contest...... bla bla bla, it was a failed experiment, I gave up on the contest bc they way outgrew the solos, so I up-potted to 1 gal pots, still with coco (I was trying to use my same rockwool method)..... ended up with rootrot and had to chop 2 weeks early. Now I'm growing clones from the best two of those plants. So in answer to you question - I dunno know what my yields will be; if I can manage to get crop all the way to the end lol. I doubt I will be able produce as much as your manifold method. I'm hoping for 1/2 lb per plant every 80 days for starters (clones)
This is all in trying to get geared for growing from seed. I'm experimenting this round with the rockwool bits in 2.5 gal square pots in my 6x40" slab trays. I'm trying to get away from the 6x36 slabs. The square pots work out to comparable cu inches, with the added benefit of single plant mobility (prior to net placement).
