Update wk 7 of veg and they have been flipped to flower today. I wanted to wait another week for the RS-ll x Okie to get larger but the Blue Dream is taking up alot of space so they are in flower mode today.
I don't start counting days in flower till i start seeing baby budlets the tiniest of beginning flower. And i don't go by breeder flowering times it's just a rough estimate to me i do check trichs and the degregation of the plant. That will be a good 2 months away.
So i made a decision not to use Megacrop for flower but to go with something else i've used many times and i had it in my cubboard. So that's it. It's just starting to snow here on the valley floor no surprise winter is very late coming. I don't like it LOL it should'nt be here for long, generally it's just pounding rain for weeks on in but temps dropped. I need to run a few errands yuck.........for reasons in my following post. I hope folks are staying well and those of you that are sick please stay safe and drink lots of steamy teas, keep warm and stay home if possible.
This is the OG secret sauce! I remember first reading about it in High Times magazine as a kid when they did articles on growing.

OK farm family here goes the story 110% fact on how this dog came into my home.

3 nights ago around midnight or so i'm not sure of the time i just was shouting at my 2 dogs to quite down do to insesive barking. I have a doggy dog from my kitchen to my garage and leads to my back yard.
So again about 3:30a.m. My dog Sonny is going bark crazy in my kitchen i freakin gave up and got up to check what the heck was going on. I flip on the garage light walk out in the darkness outside don't see anything but as i head back into the garage there in the corner is this black animal curled up under one of my lawn chairs.
Scared the shit out of me i really didn' t know what it was cause it is black as can be then it lifted it's head. Holy cannoli a friggin standard poodle just as timid as can be laying there. It had broke a fence board and was able to squeeze thru. I just was shocked.
It was sooo matted could barely see. Must of been outside for a long time roaming the hills. Full on berry vines tangled in her fur, LOADED with ticks. Oh shit was all i could say. Never ever seen this dog in my neighborhood or on walks ever.
Texted my daughter she came down to help me, brought a large bag of food and a harness she no longer could use on her dog. I tried for 2 days to find a groomer who'd shave her and treat her for parisites and got lucky on Sunday who would do her. Now mind you all these groomers do not groom without proof of vaccines. Well this compassionate young lady did a huge favor for this dog. She spent over 4hrs working on her. Shaved, bathed 2x, clipped nails, cleaned ears and more. Wonderful gal and come to find out she owned 2 standard poodles and use to show them. She said it's one of the worst cases of neglect she's ever dealt with, a record number of ticks she removed.
And this beautiful beast was sooo decent and patient even though it hurt her getting all the junk out of her feet and ears she knew we were helping her. My daughter stayed around and helped with keeping her focused towards treats while the lady worked on her.

She is such a sweet calm dog, has not made a peep in my house. My dogs accept her and now even my kitty is walking around the house and no one bothers eachother. I cried and cried how this beautiful dog was thrown out like trash. Groomer thought at least 6 months of neglect. Says whom ever had her did not understand this breed and the breeder was a piece of shit for clipping her tail so short. But she's sooo sweet and loving. She hugs me. At this point i need to get her vetted, she has no chip i already got her checked for that. I've made posting about her. I'm at this point "fostering" only because of my 2 dogs and 1 cat. I'm not kidding this is a dream dog, about 3-5yrs old.
Thanks for reading all the story and advise or questions welcome.
You are an angel to take her in and get her fixed up. Wish we were closer, my son (with anxiety issues), is looking for a calm older dog to help him manage normal life. Good luck with her and hope it all works out.

How much per gallon? and when do you start to use it? The superthrive?

Thanks cpurola she is really a nice dog. It's gonna cost me to get her all up to date and healthy. I could'nt remember what it had cost to get all the her shots up to date and blood work this includes the "office visit" $304.00 is what was quoted to me by vet office. Plus the groomer i paid $160 for that but daughter split it with me. I just don't understand how folks are so cruel and just toss out animals. She would do well in a home with a more active life style. My dogs are smaller and easy to walk and take places but i'm not sure i can handle 3. I won't be able to stay in hotels or travel with 3.

1/2 teaspoon per gallon every time they need water, but i'll go light the first time and full measure the next if they seem to like it. I've never had a issue with it. I had used it when it was Dyna Grow both feed & bloom before it was bought out.

@cpurola you and your son should go on a road trip to visit @Galgrows to pick up the dog!!!
I can't stand to see neglected animals. 1st one to show it love will be its best friend for life 💚
That would be a very long trip and I'm not a good traveler anymore. LOL
My son and I would, lets say, not be on speaking terms being in the car that long. 😉

Thank you @TerpBeans she's gonna make a wonderful sweet addition to a loving family. These standard poodles are very loyal, patient dogs at least this one is i can tell already. She is even ignoring my cat. I'm just not sure i can keep up with 3 dogs i wish i was 10yrs younger

Same, if I were closer I’d get her. We rescued a Anatolian from my niece (altogether a real pos) and after vet bills and finding an adopter plus I paid for shipping I still find it was all worth it. Went from Austin Tx to So. Carolina. But ended up with fine loving people. Fingers crossed for her.

Good morning farmers. This is going into wk 8 since transplant and 5 days since switching to 12/12. They were fed bloom nutes an grow blend 4 days ago. Light is on 75% of 250watts approx. 26" from canopy. The Blue Dream is on the left and RS-11x Okie on the right. 3x3x6 tent. This is my KISS grow style very minimal. Temps & humidity are good. I've taken 4 cuts off RS-11 and 2 cuts from BD we'll see how they go. My handyman asked for 4 to install a new bathroom exaust fan LOL i'm still going with the barter system😉 My foster dog is doing well. I took her to the vet for rabie shot and health check. She's about 5yrs old not fixed🥺😩and alittle under weight. Got her worm meds&flea med plus some antibiotics for her. My other 2 dogs an cat are still being tolerant but i'm sure they'd rather things go back to normal. Anyhoo hope all is well for you easterners and the friggin blizzards you been having nature shows little mercy. ✌️and stay💪

Goodmorning ya'll plants are in wk 8 since sprouted and day 9 of 12/12. The blue dream is stretching so much i had to lower it down onto the black riser i saw some slight tacoing at the very tops where bud sights are and now she's just about even top wise to the RS-11 which is still on a 4" taller riser🤪🤪hope that's not too confusing LOL. I'm seeing a slight lighter green at the budsites so perhaps some preflower may soon begin, sure hope so.

Here's my foster dog i had her groomed took over 4hrs to cut an shave and bathe all the bad clumps and remove the dozens of ticks off her. Took her to my vet he said she's healthy and not spayed🥺
and that she's had at least 1 litter. Got her shots up to date and antibiotics for her wounds on her underbelly from hiding in berry vines or bushes? Fur was thick with tangled stickers. She's doing great but i'm not LOL she needs more active younger family and my other dogs are getting less attention. So i'm gonna post her up for adoption in my city then my daughter will take her to her city which is larger and foster her there if i can't find a good fit for her.

How in the world could they find all the ticks? She is so lucky you are caring for her. Hope you find someone who can take her in and let you enjoy more time with your original family.

Oh, the plants, they look amazing and I'm trying, really, to do half as well. LOL

Thanks Cpurola she was bathed 2x with tick shampoo besides having them manually removed. I have done it for years to my animals, removed a tick during the summer months. She was abit weak from them but she's made a healthy comeback. She's healing up nicely.
Thanks for liking how my plants are looking. I won't grow that BD strain again LOL she's just a hulk.

Here we are folks week 1 of flower. Both are now on 2" risers and 24" from the light. Temp is holding steady 78-80f with light on and 70's lights out. Humidity is 45%. They are really taking in the fluids and drying out every 4days. Giving 70oz. of nute mix every watering. I'm still using only 75% of the light brightness and i tried boosting it up to 100% for 2days but noticed some curling and drooping more so i lowered the intensity. Blue dream on the left really shyed away from it while the RS-11 did'nt seem to bother much. We are having a very mild winter here in Oregon compared to last year the mountains had triple the amount of snow compared to this winter. Happy growing all you farmers. Spring is fast approaching I won't begin my outdoor seeds till end of April. These will hopefully be near finished and i'll have more tent space LOL
