Thanks bud I'll check it out. Yeah man there are 3 seeds that are at the point where they want to form cotyledans. I hope the light and heat gets them to form.
I'm checking on them every 4 hours..

These old beans might do something yet. I'm going to isolate these and start another run here. I just haven't made my mind up on anything yet...

I have two going right now I acquired from Capt Spaulding…he did a preservation from his ‘86 seeds.

One of my all time favs I hadn’t had since ‘92…I started the hunt for them last year and have Kona from Hyp3rids as well as Pua mana ohana too (grew one last year and wasn’t what I expected, still good tho). I’m hoping the Capt’s are what I’m looking for…I recall sweet floral pine/earthy.

It's been right at one week since soak. It looks like we might have a dud. I'm going to keep it because I think it's going to grow into a plant. I still can't believe I got what I did out of them old seeds. I'm going to be using 5 gallon pots when I transplant. We might wind up with some big plants. I was told these can grow up to 16 feet outside..

Daily update.
The plants seem to be healthy and growing! I'm in the process of finding out where these seeds came from exactly.
Does it really matter?? I don't know. All I know is that these babies are the real deal, and not the modernized kona gold versions.
