Update
Chemdog X Hash plant, all 5 seeds have popped in under 36 hrs. Top right just about out the shell.

Couple of the 90's mystery seeds have cracked open slightly, but nothing coming out yet.🤞

And nothing from the Black skunk X Hash plant, yet. Maybe by tomorrow morning

We're on our way.

Things are popping here also. Learned a lesson on landrace seeds, don't skip the h2o2 bath. Had 19 Highland Laos seeds from the real seed co. Wanted at least 3 females for an indoor grow and to take clones for outdoor. So started 9 beans straight to paper towels without the 12 hour 1% hydrogen peroxide bath which TRS co recommends, my bad. After 2 days 6 had popped and were transferred to starter pots. 2 days later only 2 came up and 1 quickly died, the others never came up and when I did some digging I found the dreaded brown mush. So 1 healthy seedling out of 9 seeds. Started the other 10 seeds with the hydrogen peroxide bath and now have 5 more healthy seedlings and still have hope for 2 more (1 came up and died). So right now have 6 plants out of 19 seeds, not great but I'll take it. TRS co also recommends going straight to soil after the bath, maybe try that next time. Can definitely see a difference in the seedlings from the indica hybrids I'm used to. The other plants are comfrey root cuttings and pepper seeds , come on spring!

I have my kickass irrigation setup going now and veggies are up and around. Trying to decide if I'm going to hold off on the weed plants until we return from a TX roadtrip this month but I don't know if I can stand to wait.

If they are photos, make sure you know what photoperiod means before you jump the gun!😁🐒

From my understanding was 4 hrs max in peroxide solution, then to a water/sugar solution till they pop and show tap root, then to soil. This is for really old seed. It's to replenish the sugars lost in the starch for enzyme activity.

I don't know the ratio of sugar, but I'd imagine it's only a few grains. We're not making syrup, we're amending water.

I omitted the sugar this time, just to see the results.

I tried popping some old seeds last year for over three weeks (paper towel/water). Nothing happened.

I can only 🙏 that these will pop and finally get a damn female. I've yet to find a female in bag seed, ever since I was a kid. Even the ones I've collected from feminized plants that were never pollinated to produce seed.

But since trying the peroxide solution, I'll be sticking with it. Never had seeds pop so fast. Gonna try it with my pole bean seeds, too. See if it stops or lessens them from rotting, after I transplant them into soil.

Come one come all, if it's outdoor we want to see em. Getting Maverick CBD from CBD Seeds in California, Canna Cheese 1:1 from Mephisto
I’m just starting growing this year, I did once when I was younger but now I’ve done my research and have some good genetics, I bought cherry popper, blueberry dragonfire bx2, and gods plan b all from 7eastgenetics, I also am receiving some seeds from my buddy who works for a local company in Canada called royal harvest, I’ll be getting some Mac 1 x Romulan, wedding cake x Romulan, Barbara bud x Romulan, and here comes the barb, all from royal harvest but I think some may have not been released to the public. I will also be buying some autoflowers this month if anyone has any recommendations for outdoor autos in a Canada climate

To add to this....
I soaked in the peroxide solution (2:1) until they sank. Roughly 4 hrs
2Tbs water X 1 Tbs 3% peroxide

The seeds are fairly new but the reason they recommend the peroxide wash is landrace seeds can carry mold and fungus spores that can harm seeds and seedlings, especially seeds collected from tropical regions in Asia and Africa. That's according to the website anyway.

The Jade nectar guy puts them in peroxide for about five minutes before into the towels! Solely for that reason! Did you get the Highland Lao from a land race specialty site? Like TLT or TRSC?😁

Yes, from Rhe Real Seed co, also have some Congolese and some Cretan im looking forward to growing outdoors this year, along with some clones from these hopefully.

You were very helpful last year when I was doing stupid shit. I's still a bit ignant here. All I know is these are feminized seeds from HGC, does that equate to photos? It seems like you're telling me to hold off?
Yeah, it sounds like they are photos as opposed to autos! Right now you are at 11 1/2 hours of daylight! Or 12 1/2 hours of dark for the sticklers😆 that is not enough light or too much dark to keep them from prematurely flowering when they get to sexual maturity! Unless you run some supplemental lighting for a while! Consider that indoor growers switch to 12 hours to get their plants to flower! I learned that the hard way and it’s not a place that you want to go! I won’t take them off supplemental lighting till the first week of June because I really want to avoid premature flowering and I don’t think you gain that much with a weak sun and low hours! The risk, reward, doesn’t add up to me! Some people chance it, but there were a lot of people last year that jumped the gun and experienced it!

By may 10th sunrise 6:13, sunset 8:32.
We're at 12/12 right now, in my parts.

Nothing local that I'm aware of. I have several guys I can get clones from, though. But I prefer beans.

Zamnesia has a US based store. That's where I ordered thru. That's why I don't understand the hold up.
I've shipped things all over, never took more than two weeks at most with international shipments.

Ive looked into a lot of seed places, and really liked what Zamnesia offered in their brands. I'm not about all the weird, tooty fruity strains out there now. Just sucks that I probably won't get my seed as early as I'd hoped for. March is my month to get things started for the garden. If I want lots of fruit.

I may still get them early enough to run a couple plants on the small side, if they get here before June. So I'm trying some regs for this year, along with a couple different fem seeds. ( Skunk #1 & Capts, Cali blue )
If you're not to far from Jackson, MI, go to the Seed Cellar. Store in the corner of a small shopping center. Walk in and walk out with your beans. Real nice ladies work there and they have all kinds of stuff there. Heirlooms seeds and all kinds of mushroom stuff. I was there a couple weeks ago and walked out with some free Barneys Farm Skywalker auto sample seeds and a free T-shirt.

I really like TLRS. Angus and another guy are always good at answering any question. I'm gonna buy some Mekong here really soon, a lowland Laos that I am hoping can handle my humidity here better.
