It’s well past time for society to, including parents to stop blurring the lines between alcohol and cannabis. They are both “drugs” that adults use to reduce the amount of stress in their lives, and to relax and unwind. In my opinion if an adult is going to crack a beer or sip on a glass of wine in front of children at dinner, or wherever. They’re essentially doing the same thing as lighting a joint. The only difference is the smoke that can become second hand. So maybe don’t smoke (anything) in front of children. Alcohol prohibition opened the door to organized crime in this country and created a wave of violence similar to war, while cannabis prohibition in this country created fear , paranoia , and propaganda that misled the entire world. Not to mention the amount of jail cells filled and lives destroyed.Even if there were kindergarten age kids participating?
Everyone here knows the difference between the two and has more than likely been at deaths door due to too much of one socially acceptable drug vs having over eaten and fallen asleep, waking up more relaxed than ever, because of the dreaded cannabis.
The longer the lines are blurred the further from the truth we get.
