Hello , I am a disabled lady who is wanting to grow some marijuana. But I can't afford to buy seeds , is there anyone out there can spare some , or give me a place where I can get free seeds or cheap seeds , I live in Virginia which in a year or so I will be moving . But I can have up to four plants . Please let me know if you can help
