Got this weirdo from the last batch of seeds. (From reading) I think its a Meristem mutation - "Fasciation" seems like a catchall term for weird leaf pattern?
Its growth is asymetrical and the leaves have been mostly deformed from the begining.

Ive been looking at pictures of other fasciated buds, and theyre really cool. I hope this does something similar.

It's still dark out but I'll try and get a pic this morning of a weird one I've got. It threw clubbed leaves at the first node. The plant abandoned the top and reformed, with the newly grown top looking normal and regrowing the clubbed leaves at the node. So the plant reorganized itself and grew around the mutation. As a survival backup, it grew viable branches below the mutation coming out of first node in case the top fails again. Here is an earlier sequence. the shot I need to add is the normal top with the clubbed leaves at a lower node now. Had to research it and the best fit was a meristem reboot initiated by the plant.

Here's one i had several years back. I don't recall the strain but she was a beautiful bud. I had to chop it up to dry on a screen for fear of moldy center it was solid but........the smoke was not what you'd expect low thc but she was a beauty.

Here are the updated shots of that same derp. You can see thhe backup branches it threw at first node. Second node no fans because that was the clubbed growth. Above it. The clubbing continued but with downgraded status on a node branch. Like I said, it reorganized itself.

Its still goin...
although most of the leaves are growing normally now - the nodes/stems are still asymetrical but very full.

And i dont know the sex yet - but I grabbed some clones just in case.

Also i have some silver spray leftover from my last attempt at feminized seeds so Ill be using it on this when I can cut the lights.

I assume the funky stem structure will be passed down, and the weird buds if that happens. Maybe Ill see if I can pass the traits on to another strain (IF its a female AND the spray works that is)
