Grown since 2025! Backyard shed edition!

I was cleaning out our travel toiletries bag and found this A toothbrush cover. I believe this would work just as well and next time I'm at the Dollar store I'll see if they sell them in a package. I think they mightπŸ˜‰

Today it struck me that there's a bit of a depression, or bowl shape to the middle of my canopy where the light is strongest so I raised it 6 inches. Probably just imagining shit but I feel like lowering the light when I did messed them up idk. The plants are actually trained away from that spot so.... πŸ’©πŸ’š

I know what you mean...I'm getting my new system dialed in....I have been running the water in and out....just to ensure the water doesn't overflow. I just need to put plants in and leave it the fuck alone.

Sweet! What's your tap water like? What kind of food you running?

I sprayed the air layered branch with STS for the third time and also had to water it. Just like 20 ml from a syringe in the slit on top.

I increased the STS frequency this time to 3 days because just like the last run, I started late so there's female parts showing first and it may be stubborn and harder to reverse.

My guess. Since you trained her branches down and out all the major growth is happening around the perimeter. The center is being filled with secondary branches that aren't as vigorous and have to grow extra just to reach the center to fill it in.

Are you air-layering the branch you're spraying?
Yes. I want it out of the tent before the flowers open. The jar of water method was really slow last run with very little flower development after I snipped them. I'm hoping with some roots I can grow the whole branch to maturity.

Super cropped every branch.

I like the way ya think...bender over. Make some god stress. Removing some leaf would really open up this girl even more but bending is a great start.

I use crushing and bending in everything. If it dont bend my way I crush. The rapid growth ya get from good stress is pretty sweet and builds thick, solid, branching.

Nice job

So, once you crush the stem, you let it pop back up like it never happened? I thought that was to keep it level and create an even canopy.
It does keep it level. The constant bending over of the main stem will slow the flow of auxin to the side branches so they catch up. If those get too excited, you knock them down too. The plant will keep shuffling hormones around until it's like a bush.
