I’ll have to look into it. But my shock is nitrogen filled and then needs the “safety check” afterwords. Is that just a crock of shizzle or does that sound right? I cant do it without certain specialized tools also. That could be doable but man it adds up. Im saving at the moment to have the shock rebuilt but i doubt that’ll ever happen LOL!Always had a soft spot for the fuels. Had a big hit as my first freeride bike around 06-07 if I remember correctly.
Times were good. I've moved to servicing all my suspension as they want ludicrous amounts for what's essentially a half hour job or less, especially when it comes to just a lower leg oil change or air spring canister oil change and seal change.
The dampers can be a bit picky but still a pretty simple concept once you get the service diagrams and what not.
I ended up abandoning bike shops around 2010 as they are complete asshats. Have built every bike since out of parts.
