Does anyone know what all is in capitan Spalding's clown kibble ?!?! Had some passed to me and kinda curious to what all it's a mixture of here is definitely the place to be asking I guess
Good luck.....I have a whole vial....what he explained to me was just a mix of whatever he was growing. I have seeds all over that I produced.....so many....if you aren't sure what some are you dont want to give away and miss identify. The person who would know is @Captspaulding

I am very pleased with these grow bags I tried out. Takes transplant shock outta the growth period. Once ready I placed into new pot and they immediately took off. Game changer. Highly recommend trying them.

I am going with the little bit bigger one. Thanks for the link.
Look perfect for a 3 gallon up pot.

I ordered those cvault looking jars because It dont have enough. Before my ex I cured in Tupperware and stuff but she told me about microplastics and now I only store in stainless and glass. Silicone is ok for gaskets. I use some glazed ceramic too because my best gay friend is turning clay for a living.

I'll also need a new weed fridge.

I don't know why I am hearing a voice in my head yelling "you're single aren't you?!" When I am thinking about dual glass door weed fridges. STHU tiny voice.

Weed fridge actually has saved me a lot of money. I could just run the AC all the time through the summer but I like running open doors and windows. I've had people telling me refrigeration ruins the weed but so far in my life I have never been able to tell. I'll freeze weed too for long term storage. I just handle it carefully and let it defrost with a humidity pack. You'll lose some terps however you long time store weed any way you do it IMHO. Freeze-drying might be the future. I've smoked a bit of it and when those machines are withing consumer range I think it'll take over completely.

I also found that they are giving out free brown paper bags for recycling that are perfect.

I have underestimated this white Widow plant for sure. My entire LIFE smells of weed now and I stick to everything. I need iso.

Collected ADHD morning thoughts. Enjoy your Sunday.

You can throw a lot of money at the problem of storing and curing your weed but the fancy gadgetry won't really give you that much of an edge over old school hacks. I use an old Styrofoam cooler for storing my weed that some Omaha Steaks came in. It regulates the hard temperature swings and keeps it in the mid 60's on the patio even when day temps are climbing to the 90's. In the warmer months just swap a frozen water bottle every couple days for peace of mind.

For weed curing you make a really good point about microplastics so material wise you'll probably want HDPE or polypropylene since they're food grade. I just bought a 32 gallon trash can I'm trying out for analog drying. It's HDPE. This is an old school hack and it works, and the only drawback is it has to be actively monitored and adjusted to keep range. It's just a matter of venting it right and the only real headache window is the first 72 hours. Once you get past the initial sweat it gets a little more predictable and you can close vent holes you drilled one by one as the rh drops to keep it in range or crack the lid if it spikes, and for longer periods that you can't monitor it you can put a cup of damp rid and a cup of water at the bottom and it creates a push/pull effect that keeps it stabilized. It's not perfect but protects from spikes and bottoming out and if you go out of range you'll only hit a margin.

@Ninjadogma Really glad I took some cuts😘 The smells I'm getting off these are incredible. From pine to berries. I wanna smoke this all day and get lost in the yard🥰

I'll go out and grab some updated pics later this am... Pulled Grape pie a day early, I'd rather have good smoke than symbolism. Was looking at them yesterday and noticing that plant wide signal that said sorry folks, the park is now officially closed. A hard leaning indica, run to the very end... 😘😉

Northern side of a garage on a cement floor in a cooler works pretty good for us above the equator. The mylar curing bags work well for longer storage in same conditions. Food grade buckets, used food grade plastic containers or glass jars kept in their boxes in the dark same location. I'm too old to worry about micro plastics. I remember Tupperware starting and becoming popular. I've been exposed to not only micro plastics for 60 years but too many other chemicals in that time frame it just doesn't matter for me at this point.

I grow a lot and give away a lot and even compost a lot. Just cleaning up the bottoms of half a dozen 5-6 footers flowering fills a couple 5 gallon buckets or more. Even taking down a half dozen solo cup plants vegging to 3-4' will fill half a 50 gal trashcan. I don't and can't flower everything i grow. I always take too many cuts, start too many seeds and often too many of those cuts/seedlings trun into 3-4' solo cup plants that just take up space. It's a disease, I think just like many of us collect seeds we'll never grow🤔🤣

I'm growing enough to harvest something every month or every other month so I have plenty of nice curred smoke as needed and plenty newer that is curing I dip into to see where it's at🙃

Long term storage? For me it's extracting into coconut oil and refrigerate or freeze. You're limited on use and can't smoke or vape but this is about the best I can do and it works for me, as do the other methods mentioned above.

In the end we all need to do what we need to that works for us and fits within our budgets. If I were 30+ years younger then helth considerations would also be top of the list😘

I ran it so late it's prolly gonna hit like a valium 🤣
I love all the grape and berry strains🥰

I got some nasty ass cheese auto seeds soaking today, another breeding project🤣 It never ends and I can't wait. I haven't grown or worked with autos in a couple years and today have 3 NL auto fem seedlings 2 weeks old and growing great in 2 gal fiber pots and now the nasty ass cheese will be joining them soon. I bet I can find 2 love birds to make me plenty more seeds.

Ice Cream Cake a little further along than the other 2 flowering fight now.

Hard to discern the gelato and the hemp from each other right now. Tops look very similar and even have a similar early terp shift from earthy to a combination of sage up front, pine behind it, and a soft lemon underneath. There are some subtle differences though. The ice cream cake is one of those weird ones that makes the whole neighborhood smell skunky like someone's growing but you don't really smell it on the plant. The flowers are more floral and pleasant but if you dig inside a bud you'll find that nasty funk hiding.
