We increased our lights and watering schedule this time.
I think that we were not watering enough last time and that made a huge difference.
We did 60 days veg before flipping lights and are now 1/2 way into week 8.
We are seeing the tips of the leaves starting to yellow and the white hairs are turning as well.
I am thinking two more weeks but am seeing a lot of cloudy trichomes but no amber yet.
We are watering twice a week (Generally) we installed a pump in the bottom of a 5 gallon bucket and use a 1/2" hose to allow us to quickly water the plants.
We then have a tray that captures the water and leave the water for reabsorption as needed for a day or two.
We basically followed the FOX Farms trio with added Cal/mag and bootstrap molasses (my son's preference)
We added terpinator the 2nd half of flowering as well (I couldn't resist the hype!)
I like to come here and read the different techniques and various POV on what works best.
Sometimes I leave more confused than when I started but it is all good to consider.
I really do appreciate all the advice and look forward to the harvest and curing stages to share next time.
Any suggestions? Except to send samples!

What kind of lights are you using?

Homemade led lights 5000k and a 2nd set of 6500k. Nothing special.

We get around 900 to 1000 ppfd for flowering. They seemed happy with it.

The results are in! 2 plants harvested 10 ounces trimmed buds with another 6 ounces trimmings which tested at 22% THC. The flowers tested at 26.4%! Everyone loves this stuff! We were worried that our el cheapo led lights couldn't compete with high end specialty lighting but we think they did just fine! We had 10- 4 foot 6500K and 10- 5 foot 5500k led lights that we strapped to a metal wire shelves and wired up. We could simply unplug lights as we seen fit and found no need for specialized dimmers. I ran a humidifier that was plumbed to a constant water source controlled with a simple float valve. A cheap window ac unit and a stand alone dehumidifier were used from time to time as well. We get a lot of grief for our under $1000 grow set up but it works and we have a 5 foot by 5 foot area to grow even more next time. Just look at those numbers, judge the tree by the fruits. 26.4 THC and 1.4 on the terps. We will take it all day long. We are very popular lately since the harvest is in!

Neospectra Valenveras Portable Cannabinoid and Terpene Analyzer​

It isn't mine, I took it into a local Grow Masters who had borrowed this unit. They charged me $20 and I gave him a nice bud for the effort. It is a $14,000 machine! I did use T check which I do own and it tested nearly exactly the same at 27.4% versus 26.4 with the expensive machine. I also have the Hi grade tester that you use with your phone and it tested at 24.5% so not bad as far as a general idea of where the potency is. Oddly I will never know how good it is since I don't smoke anymore but really enjoy working with my adult son. A great bonding project and he gets gifted a lb. of primo weed!
