Hi guys noob here!!
2 seedlings under 28w led in regular soil.
Am I watering them to much or is the light to close?
I moved the light a bit further away.
Thanks!

I think they look pretty good.
I see what you mean on one of them. Just keep an eye on it.
They tend to be a little picky sometimes when they are small.
The watering question is always hard to answer.
The only thing i would suggest to that, is when you water, then do it slow so the water doesn't run too fast to the bottom of the pot making the soil too uneven moist and bottom heavy.

And are you gonna plant them outside? I'm thinking about the 28 watt.

Thank you for your reply @trygrowup
Well my next plan was to swap the 28w bulb to a 80w white led bulb next week.
Its only 18 days old thise two.
Will start from 60cm above the canopy.
The sun only hits my garden around 5 hours because of the buildings are in the way.
I have a shitty set up, only with a bulb and fan.
🙏

Yeah that's ok.
You can get away with simple things with only 2 plants.
60 cm sounds like a good start.
80 watt is on the small side but you can still grow with it. Maybe use both bulbs.
Do you know the name of the bulbs?
And is it auto flowers?
If it's not too much work you could move them outside the 5 hours. Get some free light. Maybe even keep them there if the weather allows. Could still be better than the bulbs.

The 28W and 80W is a E27 6500K bulb.
Will definitely do that if its sunny outside.
I have no idea what kinda of seed it is, got the seeds from a bud thats was full of seeds.
No idea of strain or if its even gonna be a female.
I will definitely take your advice on moving them out and on the double bulb approach.
When I check if I should water them, the figer measurement but soil seems to be a bit moist except for the top layer.
To be honest I dont even know the right quantity of water I should pour on the soil as im scare to give to much.
Thank you!

Yeah that's normal.
Watering is not always simple when starting a plant. Sounds like you got a good idea of it though. And there is not an exact quantity. You gotta get the feeling and it helps lifting when new to watering. I still do it.
Looking at your soil it looks good but it is hard to tell.
If you want something to look for then check they don't get too bottom heavy. And just water slowly. Wait a minute or two then a little more until it feels right. Easy for me to say but you have to learn yourself.

About the seeds. Many people start like that.
I tried it too but i'm not gonna use a seed from some weed i bought anymore. Mine became big but hermed and was shit to smoke. But the weed the seed came from was also bad.
If you get hooked on growing choosing seeds is part of the fun.
Here is a picture of one of them.

Got it @trygrowup , really appreciate all of your suggestions and knowledge!

Those plants looking real good!

Yes, I agree, once you start buying seeds , you probably will invest more in to it.
I'm not looking for any mega scale of buds, a few buds for the summer is good enough for me.

Will for sure update on how things going, maybe even ask for some more guidance.

Once again thank you for your time 🤝🤝

No problem man.
In 3-4 weeks you'll know if it's an auto flowering plant and i don't think you should worry about the 28 watt can get too close.

Seedling looks fine. New growth coming in with a little yellow can be normal when the plant is producing growth faster than it can be filled with chlorophyll. If the whole plant has an underlying yellow hue, that's usually high EC contributing to a mild plant wide lockout. But don't try and flush a seedling. In the future, for the dirt you're using for seedlings, pre water it a few times with runoff before you put the seedling in it and that can help give it a milder environment.

The more immediate issue needing your attention is whatever leaf miner is leaving a "snail trail" on your fans. Whatever direction that squiggly line moves, pinch the leading edge between your finger and thumb and you'll squish whatever bug is doing it.
