Day 12. Running these Frosted Guava 12/12 from seed. Been pumping light into em from the get go due to the short photoperiod. At about 800umol/s and they getting that look. Mild mg like chlorosis from pushing em a wee bit too much early before they put their roots down.

Will back off a bit until they settle into their pots. Should be able to get four weeks out of the 7" pots. Seems easier to keep em happy starting in slightly bigger pots. Usually use 4" pots to start.

Swung one to a mate as well.

Two weeks down. They defo have some odd pH like magnesium issues but they are picking up pace so I'll just make sure the water sits around pH 6.5. slurry with the medium and distilled water on drops down to 6 flat so doesn't seem too far out of whack. Runoff comes out at 5.9, goes in at 6.5 so the parameters don't seem to bad.

Probably just teething issues, but pushing out node 5 and 6 in 2 weeks seems about normal so I'll just let it ride.

Careful getting too hung up on the ph. I won't stay the same anyway depending on how dry the soil is if it's living soil. More dry = lower ph iirc.
As long as it's amended you should have a relatively big ph range for water. At least if the water ppm is not very high. I know you know but just don't get lost chasing ph.
And i think they look very good. I don't see anything wrong.

And those sativas man😍

Dayum, as long as you're happy with a couple of seeds. It wouldn't bother me.

Seeds are just popping when heated, maybe try some popcorn if y got too much.😆
Also have a couple of hundreds from the hermed plants, so maybe i'll do it🤔😙

@Redneckx mate, the satties were mainly just to see what came from em terp wise so I'm not too phased about seeds this run. Was just Gunna run em for bud but when I see how old chill the structure was I decided to go for seed.

I'll go through the whole lot, shuck all the seeds out. I'll make a ton of oil out of half the stash, and the rest will get pressed into a brick.

The hybrids only have seeds in the top 4" of two colas on each plant so that'll be golden.

17 days down for the frosted guava. Would love to know why I get this mg like interveinal chlorosis 100 percent of the time I start in recycled medium. No fail.

Plants move fine and seem to snap out of it around day 21-25 every time too. Just annoys me more than anything as they still move well.

A Few roots coming out the bottom of the pot now. Will pot up out of these 2.5L pots in a week or so.

Yeah happens to some of mine too.
I thought it just was hormones and them getting used to the soil.
It's also like they are a bit compact.
Could it have something to do with the light?

Nah cause it happens under multiple different photoperiods, lights, intensity and DLI. Can have 100 umol/s or 700umol/s. Exactly the same symptoms if I recycle medium.

Happens every time I use recycled medium for me, and only when I use recycled medium for some reason.

They are way bigger than most of the plants here at 17 days so Im definitely not worried about movement.

Finally getting some minor signs of maturation from the Northern Lights X Juicy Fruit. 86 days from pop and 8 weeks flower.

Doubt I'll be able to hold off more than another 10 days lol. Been dry for about a month now.

Hi if you need something to smoke cut just a few buds and dry them. Leave the rest to finish. I've had plants before where I've picked the top buds which were ready and left lower ones another week or so.

How y do oil outta the seeds? With a press, heated canna oil should be good for health and imo TASTY 😂

I know that feeling! try to be patient, sth. I am not good in but I stop smoking when I have nothing, not like in the old days I get itches and ran up to the dealer around the corner 😂
It will worth the wait!
Unfinished plants don't kick, or just for half to and hour, finished ones for 4-6 hours when really potent.
