runoff ph has been good E.C was 2.5 last runoff test so I assume that’s where these spots are coming from the salt buildup just wanted someone second opinion all my other plants are starting to get same issues but they are further along and they’re barley noticeable like this one and I assume they are hungry growing medium is happy frog on top ocean forest on bottom amended with bone meal worm casting and a little
Blood meal. For all the pots. Temps 77 lights on 70 lights off I have 5 girls running rn all autos and 1 is mainly experiencing this ones kinda in question the other 4 are pretty solid. First 2 pics are the one in question all the others is to just compare the issues this ones having. I lap top dressed about a week before it entered full bloom to give it time to break down I assume it’s from this I only top dressed worm casting and a little bone meal let me know what yall think thanks.

looks like lockout in my opinion.
light green is lack of nitrogen
brown spots are usually lack of calcium.
before they banned ffof in canada i grew autos str8 thru with no nutes. worked great for me

but plenty of people add nutes ,maybe that variety is a light feeder.

I was gonna say lockout as well just didn’t know because all the other were fine and they pretty much got all the same stuff but each plant is different so what do u recommend I do moving forwards to adress this add more nutes.

lockout is caused by to much nutes so i would just give str8 water or flush.
someone with more experience will probably answer so wait for them

I'm not a indoor grower. But being the bottom leaves are the only ones affected, it would point me in the direction of being hungry, or plant eating itself, redirecting energy to flowers instead of vegetation.
And I don't grow autos either 😇

If your using organic nutes u probably don't have a salt buildup

My lowers leaves are affected but the whole plant is as well doesn’t it look like ? Because of all the yellowing like I’m growing said lockout of nitrogen possibly calcium but yea I didn’t mean salt build up I meant like too much nutes in the medium because my ppm and ec were higher than they should be

Too much food = salt build up. That's what EC measures. See the droopy posture with the slightly "swollen" leaves? That's osmotic stress likely from a high EC root zone, which will cause your pH to crash and present the lockout symptoms you are seeing. You will also see this with over watering/ low oxygen root zone.

You need to flush a light feed through them to get the root zone back to where you want it. This will physically remove the excess salt and slow down the microbes breaking down your amendments.

So flush with a light feed by that u mean give extra water with light nutrients like a top dress? Cuz that’s all I do or should I make a compost tea just not sure and I don’t get why only 1 plant is mainly affected flushed the other that started ti do this and it’s fine this one won’t recover very weird

Sigh
OMG he is running straight organic with nothing that uses epsom salt or a salt carrier.
Not just organic nutrition actual organic ingredients of the stuff in an organic bag.

It is not easy to go overboard with EWC but I have shoveled enough of that to know what happens when you do and it's a deep green presentation and slow stem development until it breaks.
I am running organic now and overshot top dress amount per the feed schedule and I got dark green on indica cleaners and curling fans on sativa leaner.
A whole lot of the answer is in how long the OF had been in the pot how much of all your ingredients did you put in and how long ago and how much on top dress.
The plant presentation looks like a few things and chasing each one down will answer the question but flooding the soil destroying the microbes in the soil is not the answer.
First of all a working organic grow will have a ppm reading in the thousands. I have slurries tested mine for no other reason than I was running down the PH and the tool was in the table.
A new bag of ocean forest will test very high but this is all potential energy for a plant it has to be converted.
There is a grower on a Web site that recently gave away some free beans and she tracks the ppm of the happy frog ocean forest she uses and when it drops off she converts it to chemical ferts. It works for her.
Organics takes experience and trial and error to get the feed rate correct especially when you take a good mix like OF/HF and start adding stuff to it.
My guess? Yer leafs look like they are starting a mag fade and the whole thing is light green. All the stuff in the bottom prolly slurreid up and is sitting in the bottom on a puddle of organic goo.
Wet feet PH crash and starvation.
And understand this. I did the same thing on my second run where my organic top dress conditioner had all the EWC up top and I missed it. Bloomed huge sputtered went all mag def and then dark green.
Organic runs can benefit from a legit organic nutrition formula and a dedicated cannabis grow schedule that has you amending the soil as you go. Gia green, Dr Earth, Foop and many more.
I tried to organic my way from outside gardening to inside cannabis growing.
Takes a while

So my question is this I guess you kind of answered a lot of stuff. That’s a lot of good information and a lot of stuff that I can take in. You seem to know what you’re talking about. I only gave them bonemeal worm castings and azomite for trace minerals and this was like 3 weeks ago at this point I’d say maybe 2 earliest. My main question is you don’t wanna flush you said because then you’re getting rid of all the organic I get that I’m getting rid of all the beneficial microbes and stuff in my soil but then again I do feel like what you said it’s probably buildup on the bottom of the stuff I added how do you fix that?

Well do you have any idea how much you put in?
And how much you amended?
I put in 4 cups of Soil Conditioner that was majority EWC. Into a 5 gallon pot. It took a while like 3 weeks but it worked down to the bottom and just stayed wet.
When you lift the pot and wiggle it back and forth does the center of gravity seem to be in the middle of the pot and it's pretty light when it needs water or does it feel bottom heavy and still heavy when it gets water?
Only other suggestion is to cut a square flap in the bottom and see if it is sandy black sludge that will not dry out.
Cool to see myco web or a fungus growing.....
Do you have any progression of yellow from bottom to top of plant?
Can we get a whole wide view?

I top dressed half a tablespoon to a tablespoon max of bonemeal and roughly like 8 to9 tablespoons of worm castings then I gave her a tablespoon of azomite and watered it in I’m in 3 gallon nursery pots plenty of drainage and I haven’t tried picking it up too much other than whenever I remove runoff water so I need to test more with that. but now thinking about it looking back this plant out of all five hit a rapid growth and was gonna takeoff. it was bigger than all of them before it even hit early flower and it stopped growing like that probably a week after I hit it with all the top dressing
which makes sense as to why I’m in the situation right now. But my other girls are doing pretty well I’d say I’ll show the whole garden my two in the back are stacking nicely but noticing some of the same issues on the bottom leaves of them now aswell just no yellowing and overall healthy plant. Sorry for all the pics 😀

Gunna show you some pics.
One of the things you should be looking for is an upright flat presentation during lights on.

You can see all the leafs from the top of the plant to about 6 inches down are all level straight out from the plant. This is from the internal water pressure of the plant and it is the easiest way at a glance to see if the plant is doing well.
It looks to me like the pot may be running wet long term. Cannabis needs a dry back period.
I also think it is hungry but I can not offer any help with your nutrition choice. I tried natural organic ingredients like EWC and soil conditioners and I really think you would have an easier time with an organic based nutrient that makes a cannabis feed chart.
Now you are way behind on dressing the dirt. Most systems have a 2 week interval and during stretch you still get a good load of nitrogen.
Pick an organic nutrient and follow the feed chart. Start with say 3/5 feed rate but keep the time interval.

Well I top dressed a little after I started seeing pre flowers so you think I’m behind I thought I was still early to give it time to transition more and the amendments to work there way in I’m just lost on how to fix this ?

I recommend 2 ways to handle this.
Not really happy with the pots it's making watering even harder but just ensure good drainage and a dry cycle. Go to a hardware store or Walmart or online and get some organic nutrition pour or dry and get that installed per the grow cannabis schedule.
This will take 10 days and the fade will continue.
If you have the option I would repot it in ocean forest with a 3 gallon fabric pot and this will restart a biome if it got wet feet and stalled it.
Or you can sort out the water cycle on those plastic pots and get a mineral fertilizer that can sort it out much quicker but you can also swing farther much faster than organics.
The nature of cannabis flowering means the nutrition needs change as the plant progresses. It is easier to control with mineral feed than organic but an organic grow may take a grow or 2 to get correct for good bud.
