THE TRAINWRECK. Brought to you by thcfarrmer…..

Good Morning. Just sat and was a bit amazed by the combination of first wash yerba mate and fresh white Widow vapor. Yerba mate and weed together man. The alkaloids hits differently.

It's saturday.
Anybody have something special to smoke today?
I don't unless i make a little kief.
I had a little hockey party last night and we watched a game right and my American neighbors brought this Moroccan sift that was totally wild. I'm gonna have to google the results from the game because I can't remember shit but the prawns.

I just remembered that the day before yesterday i brought a cracked seed to a chick in the park.
She didn't come to the park that day and i accidentally left my bag in the sun for hours, came home and forgot about it.
This morning 👇

Thats being a little harsh hahaha, it still has powdered rock, yeast and yucca extract, fish protein, soy protein, aminoacids, calcium, magnessium and NPK of course. They removed the kelp and the guano but its still a pretty solid formula, its just the price what seems a bit off.
Yep good stuff I used it religiously fully organic

Pic dump.
Small widow has stopped fading.
Large widow slowing.

This lesson in fade has taught me yet another lesson. The big Widow faded first and with the exact same nutrition add this means much like lights and temp you have to provide enough of all of it to grow good pot.
The 1 1 1 liquid add for the Dr Earth Cannabis feed chart is your alternative add for deficiencies. It is much better to be conservative with the dry adds and then pinpoint the additional for the plants that need it.
I am also researching via journals and such on weather installing a nitrogen add only with mineral nutrition to bridge this issue quicker without damaging the biome l.
And the color on the mainlines is no longer deep green.

I grow in coco as you know and use Master Blend. I've adjusted nutrient levels for flower as MB is a 3 part mix with magnesium sulfate and calcium.

The first time I eliminated the extra calcium which is 15.5-0-0 and MB is 4-18-38. I assumed this would still give the plants enough N but the fade was dramatic. Next I switched to half strength of the calcium and so far this has worked well. Lowering the chlorophyll making ability giving a better finished taste and not yellowing out by harvest.

Another reason I like the salts of hydro, no waiting for anything to be broken down and made available when needed😉

I love mine. We have just about all species from the tiny Downy to the Pileated, except the Ivory Billed which some say is extinct, some say not. I use to live 11 miles from a Nature Park in Texas that had sightings of the Ivory. We supposedly have them here in the Arklatex. Never seen one myself.

We have the common Red Heads. Had one in a tree in the corner of the yard maybe 60-70' from the house/bedroom. Listened to it hammer for years. Around 2020 I adopt an outdoor cat, big boy. Wood pecker lands on the top of the fence, cat took it down in a second🤬

Cat got poisoned by a neighbor who poisoned rats a few months latter

Couple years ago another one finally moved in and we hear him often.

WTF!!! 😃
My cactus made 2 flowers this winter without me noticing.
DSCI0874

First time.
Some milk comes out of one of them.
It's a strange cactus.
I got it from small. Like 5 cm 2 inch, now it's 50 cm with 8 tops 16 inch.
And it loves water really much.
I fill the pot until it's full of water. And i don't mean the soil is wet. Standing water.
The other i got drinks like 10 drops 2-3 times a year and dont like water at all. And hardly have any soil.
Here they are

Yerba mate sort of hints that it's gonna make you high. A bit om numbness and your mind opens up and I feel prepared to jump into the void. But nothing happens. It's like warming up for a psychedelic experience.

I always appreciated yerba mate for the really smooth pick-me-up without the same jitters you get from coffee. Hadn't thought what pairing it with a good daytime sative would do but I would probably develop some new product in a single afternoon or cure cancer or something, IDK. Either that or run the risk I'd turn into Bruce Banner.
