Seeing all this edible action reminded me I’m out of butter! And I do not, under any circumstances, want to run out ER brownies!😳😅 that would be totally unacceptable and traumatizing! So going with 9 ounces of bud, decarbed, and 3 pounds of butter! May have to add more butter, but that remains to be seen! The bud is two or three years old, but still pretty potent! About time I started emptying out some old jars! Will take a couple of cookie sheets to get it activated! Cowabunga!!!! Kind of funny how the numbers on some scales don’t like being photographed!

That shits gonna boogie woogie!🤤

when you decarb are you getting into the cbn side of things? or do you just do the normal’ish 220 for 30-45 minutes?

I don’t worry too much about the CBN side! I just do 240° for 45 minutes and then into the drink! Simmer, sub boiling, for five or six hours and then squeeze it out through cheese cloth! Call it good!

That’s kind of what I am thinking too! I usually do six or 7 ounces with 3 pounds! And that hasn’t been a problem! But if it looks questionable, I can add more butter! I’ve never seen any tests done on how much cannabinoids a certain amount of butter can absorb! I’ll live with the results! I think it’ll be OK!😍 Famous last words!😳😁

So on a liquid basis, butter being 2 cups/lb, 9 ounces in 1.5 quarts or 6 ounces per quart of liquid (6:1)

I do 12 ounces in 8 quarts (1.25:1)

I had to get the math in front of me. Good golly ms Molly!!!!! Chucky don’t play games

I don’t like making butter! It’s a messy pita! So if I make it strong, I don’t make it as often! If the brownie recipe calls for half a cup of oil, I put in at least double that! And adjust the dosage by the size of the bite! The smaller the better! Because it doesn’t taste great! Lol! I don’t do edibles just for fun! I do edibles to become disabled! Catatonia, baby!🤣🍻

I didn’t recognize him, but looked him up on YouTube! I think you’ve posted a few of his videos a couple of years ago! Will check out some of the videos later on when I’m properly plowed!🥴 Still have to check out Nick’s seed collecting videos! That’s how far behind I am! Shameful! Seeing as some of his seeds made it my direction!😍
