What should I do with these Flora Flex 650watt

I was given 6 Flora Flex 650 watt led lights. Turns out the driver is bad in them. I don’t wanna throw these away. Any ideas?

Pull the drivers out, get the model number (s) off the drivers and replace them. The light manufacturers buy the drivers ftom another company, they don’t make them. Try one first, to see if that’s the only problem. They are good lights.

The drivers are covered in this hard rubber stuff. Can’t get them out.
