They are priceless! Sutures, breaks, put two or 3 four footers together and use in conjunction with bamboo to support branches and plants!
Caught many lingcod that grabbed onto a hooked rockfish bringing it up. They won’t let go sometimes, and you can net em! Two things with lings, they have big sharp teeth, and never try to pick one up through the gills, the gill rakers are like razor blades (ask me how I know!)
