Oh man, I WISH! The papers I need to send to court are the sheriff's due diligence attempts to serve the tenants. Then the judge should decide to grant our request and the court will send us the judgement. THEN we have to go back to the sheriff's and wait for them to let us know when they will serve the physical eviction and we'll have to meet them there with a locksmith. We're still a month or two out@PlumberSoCal2 did you get rid of the squatters?

Now, if I can get moving without meds this morning, as I need to drive, I can get to the post office and get those forms mailed. Replacing a water heater 3 weeks ago put me in a world of hurt. I've been spending 3-4 hours a day on my Shiatsu back massager to get through the day and the night along with ice and heat packs.
It's 6:45 and so far it's not looking good today. I should have had oily coffee AND a brownie and may have to with my next cup. It's been brutal the past few weeks. Without THC I'd be popping opioids, which I hate.
We'll see but today isn’t looking good. Hopefully i can get some relief this weekend and shoot for Monday.
are you utilising rice water ? im just watching a video that says it recharges soil , the starch feeds and reactivates the microbes .Got a busy day ahead with Project Lazerus. Today I'm putting some blends together for "Part A."
Lazerus is a fun project I'm doing to develop a product that will truly bring dead soil (AND COCO!) back to life. What the final outcome will be is a super simple system for restoring and recharging potting soil with a two bottle formula that ressurects the pore structure from collapse and places it in a "battery ready" state to accept nutrients. I'm still on track for July for having some small bottles available for beta testing.
Why? Well I'm having fun fucking around and it has been therapeutic and very educational for starters. There is no innovative molecular science breakthrough here but formulation absolutely matters. The consumer levers I intend to pull are sustainability and cost savings by not having to keep buying potting soil without sacrificing quality of the medium. In some cases the soil will be better than it was when it was brand new.
So wish me well, and let's hope today isn't one of Elon Musk's "rapid unscheduled disassembly" days.![]()
Good Luck with this project. I'm very intrigued. Can't wait to see what you come up with.Got a busy day ahead with Project Lazerus. Today I'm putting some blends together for "Part A."

The best versions of what would work in regards to (lazarus) those particular recipes are SUPER HARD to keep shelf stable. Thinking thats always been a huge hurdle, i make my own but it takes 10 days to make and its only good for say 10-14 afterwards.
Totally inappropriate commercials and cartoons were made in the 1930's... And nobody even batted an eye.
makes sense to meare you utilising rice water ? im just watching a video that says it recharges soil , the starch feeds and reactivates the microbes .
My older brother used his marlboro points for a travel tote and he left it years ago at my house and i still use it to this day. LOL 30yrs ago we'd smoke inside the hospital i worked at even the Drs. would also.
