I am new to the growing I have a Tangerine Dream and A F1 Hyperion And both are looking Pretty strange compared to what I've seen some of my buddies look like so I was just curious on what you guys would think this could be

Yeah i'd say they could look better.
Did you top the first one or did it grow like that?

Most starter problems relate to wrong watering. Not saying it is but last picture could look like that. It can be a bit tricky.
Could be other things of course.

Yes I was an idiot and took some information off of Reddit and I went ahead and topped it off of the thought that I was supposed to go ahead and do it at that point but later research has revealed I should have waited till 20 some odd days I think is what one of the seed sites mentioned

Ahh ok.
Yeah probably better to wait to top to the plant have more mass. It can make a setback i noticed if topping too early.
But if it's a photo period plant it no biggie. It just takes a bit longer.

All right I'll be sure and wait on the Tangerine Dream the one that I did talk is at F1 from queen royal seeds And the Tangerine Dream come from rocket seeds Hopefully it doesn't stun it but I guess if it does I learned my lesson on that I appreciate you comment back at least gives me an idea of what could be going on

Also yeah it's easy to get confused by different advisces.
Just the fact that almost everybody have their own way they make things work.
But often it's also hard to guess the issue, because there could be many reasons.
So the more info you can give the better people can help.

Well really the only other undisclosed stuff that I've done is out of technicality I used a buddy's used soil which could have potentially had leftover newts in it I was kind of considering that could be part of it And I have A two 60 W LED lights I have them in a 5 gallon pot I transferred both from a solo cup I started the F1 April 10th and the Tangerine Dream I started the tangerine dream the 20th Not going to lie the F1 was hauling butt on growing up until just a few days ago and the Tangerine Dream has actually sped up growth within the past couple days

Yeah, that could be it.
But if you see them get better, then they might have adapted. So that sounds good.

Are you considering some more light at a point?

Maybe 1 60 watt more?

Do you think that I should go up another light I wasn't sure if that was enough or if it's gonna be too much either I most definitely could consider another light I have them in a little 2 / 4 tent but I have A big tent I can always switch over too it's around 7 foot tall 3 feet in depth an width

I don't really know.
I mean if you are sure that you want to start growing, then some more light will come in question at some point i'd guess.
But if the lamps are ok you can get two decent plants in the 2/4 tent.

Okay I appreciate you taking time out to mention that I'll look into another light or some that are more watts idk truthfully either I honestly just assumed with the tent being smaller that the lights I am using would be ok since it was a smaller tent vs my other tent but that's probably part my issues idk exactly what to run with what or where to find the answers except here most online info pertaining to grows are specified to their grow so I'll check more out to get a idea

Yeah if you look at it like this. A new light sometimes claims 2g+ per watt.
Lets assume we can get 1g per watt just to take an example. That's not unrealistic if there is not too many setbacks.
So looking at it that way it sounds ok for the 2 x 4 tent if the light is not totally ali baba.
I'm kinda guilty assuming it was low quality light because of the 60 watt but that' s my mistake.
Do the light have a name so i can check them out?

I'm no expert but those light seems like reasonable quality.
Honeywell used to be good but i don't know how they are now.

I'm a bit unsure about the spectrum at 2700k but they say it's full spectrum.
They also say it's for supplement light, vegging and cloning, so there is that.

I'm not gonna advice you because i havn't grown with these lights.
But if you like to keep growing more, i suspect you are gonna use these you got now for vegging in the future.
But you can see how they do this grow.

How are the plants coming along?

They are actually doing a lot better than what they were the Tangerine Dream still looks a little goofy and the nutes that was left in the soil did a number on the F1 but it's pulling through

I knew it seems like in the pictures they dont look better but they are definitely looking better I'm trying to flush out the soil little by little and I got some other good news my candy cane popped out the soil but my blueberry still hasn't popped 🤞

As soon as I get all the nutes out of the soil I'll focus more on whether I should just go for a new light set app or not cause from what I'm understanding and what you've mentioned the light wool show me if it's basically enough or not I just need all that extra burn to go away off them

Also I'm thinking about breaking out my big tent cuz I have the 2 we talked about an 3 more seeds going mind you all are auto except I got a Maui wowie goin that is photo and yesterday I was really busy but I failed to mention I got a buddies hulkberry clone so if everything goes right I'll have tangerine dream,f1 hyperion,candy cane, blueberry and Maui wowie plus hulkberry so that's comes out to 4 autos n 2 photos My buddy kind of messed up his Hulk Berry and didn't have the room I had already had the Maui wowie going With the blueberry
