Here i'll give you 2 schemes.
This is not to be taken as correct for every one but it will give you the general idea of how much light the plant can use in the different phases.
I varies from setup and strains. So don't get too hung op on the numbers.
There are also some explanations and tips that could be useful.

If your plants is better then try move the light closer.

I am new to the growing I have a Tangerine Dream and A F1 Hyperion And both are looking Pretty strange compared to what I've seen some of my buddies look like so I was just curious on what you guys would think this could be
