It creates a wound with a rooting opportunity. I've seen recommendations to scrape a side of the stem and I don't get the same benefit as peeling when I've done it.

It was nice, no nap and like Dean Martin said, yeah I still hurt, just don't care🤣 It helps, smoked about 6 1 gm J's, puffing right now as dinner soon.

BBQ'ed London Broil. Wife changed it up on me with baked red potatoes and creamy spinach. Almost as good as TACOS🌮🤣 which we'll be enjoying tomorrow, again😉
