The amount of liquid isn't critical, I don't think. As long as they stay wet.
My exact method based on the studies I've read and pointed out. I sterilize the cups they will be in. In my case fridge containers (very small).
Distilled Water
3% H2O2
One 3ml syringe with removable needle. I have a bunch since we inoculate our goats and dogs ourselves.
A 1% H2O2 solution is made by mixing 4ml of distilled water to 2ml of 3% H2O2. For each receptacle the seeds are in. As long as it is a 2:1 Mix (water:H202) the actual amount can be adjusted to whatever you wish. I personally just want enough to cover them.
Change it daily. By day four you should be able to see your viable vs not viable seeds. You can also pull them out after their radicles hit a certain length. Which is what I will do this time. I'll set my yank length at @3/8th".
I have a Mekong just starting to show now

Non of the Nepali yet but I expected that since they were slower last time as well.

And then this one within minutes of refreshing the solution it went nuts. I may want to runse it and do it again to be sure I didn’t use too much H2O2.
