I honestly bought them sceptically. I don’t usually see seeds with clay on them. All though, I as well figured they’d be packing major heat inside to grow.

Ah.... Pelleted seeds. I had a pack of tomato seeds that were coated like a Tic Tac, I think they were Abe Lincolns. Didn't know folks were doing it with cannabis. I presume it's mainly for stability with transport and storage. I can see a clay coating working as a dessicant and IDK maybe helps regulate the rate at which water penetrates the seed shell.

Totally. Light as well...
 
Just a small update. Planted on Sunday the first 2 out of 4. Planted the last 2 on Monday night. I think we’ll see sprouting in the next two days.

The clay is proving to be a nuisance. But I have faith that the beans will sprout!
