Get rid of the plants, clean everything in the grow area you can with bleach, alcohol. Start a clean grow with new seeds, use pest management to prevent bugs. Figure out how you introduced the bugs to the grow, and don't do that anymore.
Good advice. Thanks

Will these do?

Ok, I like that.
and it’s been 2-3 days since posting and if you did have mites your plants would be worse looking,.
you want to makesure you go through a wet/dry cycle,. what’s your watering method?
what size bags? how much water you give both? how often do you water? when and why do you water when you do?

Will these do?

The reason you got a grower asking questions is you got an egg that looks like aphid and damage that looks like thrips, and neither of those spell spider mites. All of it could be cleared up with better close-up pics and the reason you'd want to identify the particular pest is so that you can customize your strategy to tackle the problem. You never want to go at bugs with a single strategy, you'll lose a lot of the time.

Makes good sense. I'll try some more pictures.

My thoughts too and the plants look pretty dang healthy.

The first lot I suggest are not a preventative mite

They eat more than the spider mite can replicate & do kill a infestation

The second lot are more of a preventative as they don’t eat as much however they can live longer without food.

This is not a simple water issue that how you see obvious eggs & fracas & say it a water issue is laughable

Sure you may have thrips & not mites after seeing the whole plant

The predators I recommend will deal with both

Bug eggs on fist pic & fracas
& the a obvious trail of buds on the last pic

You can jump on me all you want gnick I’m done with this bs

i’m not jumping on anyone, there were like 10 people talking about pest control,. and no one asked to see whole plant pictures,.
yes i see what everyone sees as thrips etc, this grower said he’s checked for pest and nothing, sure keep looking daily especially in that area of damage,.
other than mites those others are easier to see and find,..
anyhoo the damage would be way worse by now,. have him post pics daily of that plant or inspect it again like not stopping till you find one kinda thing,.
anyhoo other than not feeding correctly and not quite watering correctly i dont see much wrong yet,..

Same picture as Gmix is talking about.
That plant needs an extra check imo.
There is something shiny on that leaf and maybe one more leaf.
There is also two things in the top bud i can't identify.
And the slight deform new leafs on the top could also be a sign of aphids.
But normally there would be some white skeletons visible but if it's only one plant, it may be early and no skeletons yet.
Worth checking. Should be easy to see. In the top new leafs.
