It’s all good just some limbs down and power came back around 6:45.

You can ask for anything you want. I’m no expert and I don’t play one on tv but I agree with @orggrwr and they are flowering. That last pic I can’t tell, it almost looks male.

Where did you get the seeds and what did you buy? If you bought feminized seeds then they should all be female.
Fem, in big variety. From a highly respected competitor. Durban Poison, White Widow, Gorilla Glue #4, Northern Lites auto, Blue Dream, Hash Burger, co. gave ten Zkittlez auto and friend gifted ten other fem auto Honey Haze, Jack Herer and Stawberry Jack. Not planted but the wife just won fem Choka Cola…

I have a little bug problem i could use some help with. When I say "little" I mean they are small lol. I have tried multiple bug killers and have stressed the ladies trying to dry out the soil...no such luck in getting rid of them.
I’m no expert but the ppl here are and the great advice I’ve received and I’ve done has made all the difference. Yes, mosquito bits. Takes time. Then there’s NEAMATODES. Must keep the top of soil a little wet so as not to kill them as they kill the larvae. Advice here from these folks and YouTube or other videos.
My best to you and I hope you’ll fare well!

Please don't use sevin dust! It is an indiscriminate killer that kills beneficial insects as well. Including bees, butterflies, and other crucial pollinators. There are much better alternatives. The bees are having a hard enough time without us poisoning them.
Exactly!

I like Arber - bioinsecticide for indoor pests. Works as a spray and a soil drench to break up the lifecycle. Never had a plant react negatively to it.

I think 24” Led grow light full spectrum on outside. Middle one is blue and red selectable.

For the autos I shoot for a total of sun plus the lights of 18 hours. When they are young they are sensitive to too much high sun. So I’ll put them in shade during peak sun or partial shade.

Look up DLI when you have time then once you understand what it is you can adjust your sun and LEDs to hit a good mark recommended for Autoflowers.
Ok, I went and got two of these. Being that one auto has just started its true leaves, and the other is still cotyledons, do you know which setting on my light is preferable and what height? I'll look into DLI today. Not sure what it is.

Since I can't tell I am assuming it's the blue or red selectable light. Just use them both. No sense in over complicating what doesn't need to be.

These lights are not very strong so keep them close, 4-6" from the leaves or even closer. I don't even measure since the sun is where they will get the most of their needed daily light.

It has red, blue and blue + red. I'll set it on both as you said. With these autos, when I don't have them outside, is it OK to have them under the light all the time? It's going to be partly sunny today, but even if not, the light from cloudy skies is still better than what I would get inside, correct?

Thanks for the advice. I'm gonna set my light up now.

Yes it's ok but I like at least 3 or 4 hours off.

Depends on how cloudy and how thick those clouds are but generally if you can see clearly then they are getting light.
Thanks for the advice. I'm gonna set my light up now.
🤞 🤞

This is the first time I'm using comfrey as i just started growing it this year around the cherry trees i planted . My other ferments usually take about a week and according to what I've read that should be about right. I usually consider it ready when the only parts you can still identify are the the larger stems.

I put 3 plants in the ground today that got started mid March. The Raspberry Shoes from 7East is the middle plant in the pic below and quite tall with very sturdy stalks already. 7East seems to be out of many strains now including the Raspberry Shoes. It must have been a good spring for 7East. The plant got topped once.

The 2 outside plants are Skunk85 from Lucky13. Seed for them is sold out too. The fabric bag on the lawn is from one of the skunks and has lots of roots stuck to the bottom of it. They're quite short especially considering they were never topped but have lots of promise for bud sites.

My little electric roto tiller cost me $130 Canadian. It does a great job for the little bit it needs to do.

It was 4 degrees Celsius this morning and we have a cool enough night tonight. Then the forecast is for 8-10 C for overnight lows. Should be good.

I started 2 Majestic13's from Lucky13 yesterday. These have been sold out for a while but I've had them in the fridge wrapped in a dark garbage bag for the last 5 years or so. I expect the second one will be along soon.

Happy start to the season to other farmers that are just starting. It should be a fun year.

I usually see it all bubbly by 7 but have let it go a few more days depending on how lazy I am. 🤷‍♂️
