Autoflowers are cool if you lack the space or it needs to be more discreet. My brother growing 1 or 2 on his balcony every season makes sense because he doesn't have a yard. But if you have the space, it just doesn't make sense to me to grow them instead of photos.

I used soil that i saved from last season and amended it with worm casting and new FF happy frog so about 50/50 old & new . My veggie garden looks a mess cause i'm trying to "cat proof" the beds the little %$&%er just plays in it and lays in them. My bush beans got messed with so i'm replanting those. Going outdoors now and work some more on the beds.
