I
The starting early had a rational, really. LOL
I was going to take clones, then flower the mothers to figure out female from male and then trash the males. It would have worked, if I had better success with the cloning. Being it was my first time.....
I don't understand all the flipping of plants to find out which are male and female. I didn't have a problem with growing them till they showed themselves....7-8 node., then topped to 5th node

I could clearly see what they were , weeks before going outside.

I just hope I didn't fuck up, today. I check my male every day, watching those pollen sac's. Noticed today there were three of them open.๐Ÿ˜ฑ. Inside he went.!!

We had very little wind today, so hopefully we're still good in the garden, nobody is in bloom as of yet.๐Ÿซฃ

Yeah, you canโ€™t pollinate leaves!

Today I finally felt my age. Digging holes, mixing amendments, hauling everything from house to boxes and back was almost too much. (but I love it. LOL)
I got 10 plants installed in the dirt. Whew. Line up is almost the same same as the 12.
Afghani -Zamnesia
Kalini Asia - Zamnesia
Hindu Kush - Zamnesia
Sticky Beast - Zamnesia
Death's Breath - 7 East Genetics
Finish Frost - 7 East Genetics
Finnish Blueberry Pie - 7 East Genetics
Northern Lightning - COPA Genetics
IBG/Afghan - Off Grid Seeds
Sunshine Daydream - Beazy

Tomorrow I will smooth out the lumps and cover the dirt with landscape fabric.
We have until Friday night to get everything done, it's supposed to be a soaking storm/rain all Saturday.

You might have pollinated your neighbors autos! But thatโ€™s not a big deal!๐Ÿ˜ˆ๐Ÿ˜†

@Beazy
Arbico says this one will kill Asiatic beetles as well as Japanese beetles.
Beetle killer
I haven't used it so I can't confirm it works but any product that has Bacillus thuringiensis subsp. galleriae in it should work as well as this one.

Excellent !!!!! Will be giving this a try. Thanks so much !!

Had a visitor today. He/she looks like they were in a pond recently with all the mud. Should have taken a ruler out with me, but I estimate the shell was approx. 8" long.
Google says it's a Snapping Turtle and I learned people actually trap and relocate them. Who'd a thunk?
