If anyone is wondering…Super Lemon Haze plants have light to bright green stems, which often feature faint purplish or reddish streaks along the main stalk and branch nodes as the plant matures. Like most cannabis plants, the stems begin as a tender, bright green in the vegetative stage and turn woody and rigid later on.

Another beautiful night…
That’s too many in a row! Tuck them in!😍🍻 I would walk back to the garden at dark when they were young and read them a bedtime story! They couldn’t get enough of Jack and the beanstalk! But when they got older, they started demanding something out of hustler! That’s when I had to put my foot down!🫣🤪

These girls like James and the Giant Peach 😂

Today’s snapshot. There’s some acclimating taking place. It’s been a hot dry week, and the plants are thirsty. Watered every day this week. Today I sprayed neem oil and nutes. That perked them up. Also put stakes in the bucket plants, and tied the in ground plants to the tomato cages, due to some rainstorms coming in. I’m not going to be able to protect them, so that’s that.

Update: Came home yesterday from a weekend getaway, watered the girls well Friday morning, Then late Friday night they got some rain, Saturday was hot, And Sunday afternoon returned home to some crispy plants. Leaf edges dry and brown. Gave each plant several minutes soaking of hose water until they looked well saturated. The dirt does hold moisture, but drains well. It’s been a hot two weeks since I’ve planted in the ground, watered everyday, and still looking dry and thirsty all the time. Expecting over an inch of rainfall in the next couple of days…

Wondered where you'd been.
Been hot here too. I've had to water every 2-3 days lately. Plants are loving it.! They finally have that rich green look back to them, instead of the pale limes look. I think I might have amended too much manure, and it's taken them a couple weeks to adapt to it.

But their jumping now.!!

I was up in northern Michigan where signal is mostly non existent. (Michiganders refer to this as going “Up North”).
Sounds about where I am at. Pale lime was last week. Now slightly more green, although still not that rich green look I usually have at this time. I’m thinking it’s possible heat stress, stressed from transplanting, or maybe the manure/compost mixture is still hotter than it should be. However in the past I have grown in the fresh manure pile out back just to experiment, and those had no issues. Once these seem to acclimate better, and look less stressed, I will top them. After that I will trim out the centers for more airflow, and trim up the bottom 1/3 or more.
