Any tips for a first time grower with different aged plants?

I've grown other crops before (tomatoes peppers carrots cucumbers etc) this year I decided to try growing my own flower for a change. would really appericate any tips on trimming, locations of node sites and such right know i have an unknown close at about 2 feet. An auto flower at a month old and two lung buster clones about a month old I've own pruned fan leaves that are blocking the light and topped them off. Am I doing good?
