Fed nutes just before taking pics this morning. Also a preventative neem oil spray. They are looking better now. Pinched some tops too. More rain expected tonight.

I've thought about this cause my ground is not level and is bumpy. I let the lawn die in summer i don't water nothing but my gardens.

I saw a picture on this forum of using an old lawnmower (motor removed) and his plant on top.

Mostly, I think they are stressed. We had a couple weeks of unseasonably hot weather starting the day after I put them in the ground. And they were always thirsty. The recent rains we’ve had in the area helped them recover.

She keeps getting fatter and fatter, I found her in a dumpster with a sister . (R.I.P.) I THINK THAT IS WHERE THE OVEREATING STARTED . STARVED IN A BLACK TRASH BAG, VERY HOT WITH ABOUT 200 OTHERS SUFFERING. GOD REST THEIR SOULS THEY ALL WERE CRYING OUT, HELP ME! Can anyone tell .e uf 48 brs darkness before harvest is worth it and is it beneficial?

I haven't found it to be beneficial, but that's just one experiment.

If you have level and hard ground they are good. Kind of like Piano Dolly's. But if you have them out in the woods or on very bumpy soft ground they don't work. Wheels are too small. That's why movers put down hardboard or plywood panels to cut across grass.

Actually, you can buy casters with pneumatic tires. Not cheap but will last years. A ball cart is the best idea for rough terrain though.

Weekend update.
Garden is running strong. Sprayed with Neem last night, tilled soil surface in preparation for this afternoon rains, by breaking that hard surface for better absorbsion and less run off.

Beans are growing at a unbelievable rate.
Thank god...cause girls are growing close to 2" a day.

The way these plants are growing this year....kinda scares me, but in a good way. I just hope the beans catch up to them, cause their becoming more n more visible to passerbys every day. Not that there's much of a window to look thru, driving @ 35 mph, as most do. But I'll sleep better once the edible hide a crop has them covered.
