That said I’ve never found it useful however I guess in the early days it might of been
I have that light at 45%. Spider farmer led se4500 i do believe. And no I do not have away to measure PPFDSee light areas between veins of the leaves. Might be getting too much light. What is your lighting setup? Can you measure PPFD?
I grew Humboldt's Blueberry Pancakes a few times. Medium growth but now that I have cured in the jar smells like heaven.

40% and at least 24" above should be good for young plants. Once they get established and look healthy with green leaves then slowly increase light or just let them grow up closer to it.
